Stonework Puma

Artifact Creature — Cat Ally

A good ally could be Expedition Envoy, its just a solid one drop creature . also I don't see the reason for the blue mana lands you only need white mana. If you do put in Expedition Envoy I would recommend taking out either Intangible Virtue or Stonework Puma virtue has almost no use in the deck and puma is not too great of a card.

There's quite a few jank cards in this list that could be cut for more powerful options; Guardian Lions, Jedit's Dragoons, Jhovall Queen, Kemba's Legion, Lost Leonin, Stonework Puma, Wirecat, Zarichi Tiger, Dazzling Reflection, Jeweled Torque, Divine Light, Lifelink, among others, all are rather weak and have better options.

White Sun's Zenith, Oreskos Explorer, Path of Bravery, Swords to Plowshares, True Conviction, Return to Dust, Oblivion Ring, Mirror Entity, Regal Caracal, Sacred Cat, Spirit of the Hearth, and Seht's Tiger are all examples of much more powerful cards.

If you have 2 Hada Freeblade out and play a Stonework Puma you put a single counter on each Hada Freeblade. Hada Freeblade does not disprove what I have said.

Replacement effects can get weird at times.

I mentioned this before, but it's worth repeating. Copy effects are extremely useful with Allies. Blade of Selves, Stolen Identity, Clever Impersonator, Mirrorpool, or almost any card from this list should all be considered for inclusion in this deck. If you have something like Bala Ged Thief or Murasa Pyromancer, you can copy them and quickly rip apart your opponents' hands and boards. If you don't have allies that you want to double up on, you can copy Tazri to find a better ally (I'm a huge fan of Vesuvan Doppelganger/Vesuvan Shapeshifter here. You copy Tazri to find a busted Ally, then turn the Vesuvan into the busted Ally later on).

I did a bit more thinking, and based on this decklist right now, I think you're correct about not running Xenograft (and maybe Conspiracy for that matter). You're currently running only about 4 non-Ally creatures. I don't like running cards that do nothing on their own unless the cards have good synergy with enough other cards in my deck. I've estimated that the number of cards needed to hit critical mass in this format is about 10-12, depending on the amount of card draw and card filtering in the deck. Xenograft is better than Stonework Puma in two situations: when you can play 2 or more non-Ally creatures with Xenograft onboard, or when you control Turntimber Ranger. Unfortunately, I haven't calculated critical mass for a 99-card deck when it needs 2 or more copies of a subset of cards by around turn 6, and that comes up so rarely that I don't really want to try. However, Xenograft goes infinite with Turntimber Ranger, so I'd say that the enchantment has provided you with enough value if you can play at least one non-Ally creature after somebody kills your Turntimber Ranger when you try to combo off (I say "after" because if nobody stops you from making 2 billion Wolf tokens, you're probably going to win). In short, you'll want to have about 10 non-Ally creatures in your deck before you run Xenograft, unless you're fine running it solely for the combo.

With Conspiracy, I think it's playable if you have at least 3 non-Ally creatures in your deck that you always want to be accessible via Tazri's tutor trigger. In my opinion, you've gotten sufficient value from the enchantment if you can tutor 2 non-allies with it (otherwise, it's worse than Diabolic Tutor). Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite and Deadeye Navigator fall into this category, but I don't think Adaptive Automaton or Brago, King Eternal do. Brago's only good if none of your opponents can stop it from hitting them, so if everyone has creatures with flying/reach or if someone has a kill spell/engine, you'll end up naming the card "King Ephemeral".

This analysis assumes that your metagame is fine with 2-card combos (mine is split in half on the matter, which sometimes leads to griping).
