Great minds think alike! I have a similar list for this trio (https://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/none-can-rustle-the-triumvirate/) except it leans more toward combos.
You might consider these: Purphoros, Bronze-Blooded , Prismite , Stonework Packbeast , Gemstone Array , Signpost Scarecrow , Enchanted Carriage , Lavastep Raider , Sun-Collared Raptor , Soulbright Flamekin , Loxodon Lifechanter , Cloudgoat Ranger , Mastery of the Unseen , Diviner's Wand , Cloudchaser Kestrel , Cavalier of Flame , Bomat Bazaar Barge

Oh also Lapse of Certainty and Glorious End are fun with sunforger. Glorious End is particularly interesting because you can respond to its end-step trigger by, well, recasting Glorious End lol.
When it's down to 1v1 you can lock your opp out completely by looping Glorious End. Toss in a Rings of Brighthearth and Magnetic Theft, and with enough mana (12) + a loop engine (Unwinding Clock or To Arms! could help here) you're locking out all opponents.
Seething Song is another fun Sunforger target. Makes infinite mana possible in the right setup. It requires something like Gemstone Array, Prismite, or Signpost Scarecrow if you want though.
If you realllllly wanted to focus on sunforger, you could rework the deck to have Zirda, the Dawnwaker as a companion. Makes Sunforger cheaper to equip.

Arixmethes, Combo Isle

Literally just built a similar deck with Arixmethes! Check it out Simic ∞ Infinitude. I use the same Arixmethes, Slumbering Isle + Freed from the Real combo, and have two other infinite mana combos: Grand Architect + Pili-Pala and Incubation Druid + Vigean Graftmage . Both of those produce both blue and green mana. I threw in Prismite and Signpost Scarecrow to alter the infinite green mana to blue. I'm definitely going to borrow some of your ideas for search/tutor cards to find the combo pieces faster, as I rely only on card draw at the moment. My win cards include Thassa's Oracle, Stream of Thought, and two others I want to replace are Fascination and Folio of Fancies because they require a little more caution to draw a specific number of cards and not deck yourself. Mine is still new, so I can't give specific recommendations right now as I'm not sure what is flawed in my own build. Going to folder yours and maybe we can build off each other...hope you don't mind!

Prismite and Signpost Scarecrow work the same as Gemstone Array accept they're creatures. Carnage Altar could be a good draw engine by sacking tokens. Really nice list, hoping to build something similar!

Do you think the 4 toughness of Fae of Wishes Wild-Field Scarecrow and Signpost Scarecrow is useful in slowing down aggro, or am I still getting overrun?

ShadowAblaze I am not sure I'm ready to commit to my lands coming into play tapped. I think I prefer Signpost Scarecrow to fix my mana if needed. That being said, I think he and Faeburrow Elder are the cards I could see replacing with better options.
I definitely like Circuitous Route Beanstalk Giant and Mana Geode . I'll have to tinker some..

I love the deck, and I am building it in paper now! It's worked really well when I playtested it, managed to loop playing
Expropriate
and stealing all opponent's legendary permanents then ultimating
Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God
and winning in a 30 min long turn so good job finding a fun new way to end games. I might just say though, there is one card

which doesn't seem like it belongs there. Also another thing, by running half your basics as snow and half not, it counts as a different name to
