Arvail on New EDH League!

If you look at most EDH decks, the bulk of their cards fall on the 2 to 4 CMC slots. I would try out stuff like Kami of the Waning Moon, Hired Muscle, Farbog Revenant, Crypt Ghast, Baleful Eidolon, Lost Soul, Mindwarper, Morkrut Banshee, Nether Shadow, Pale Rider of Trostad, Searchlight Geist, Keening Banshee, Souldrinker, Skulking Ghost, Thief of Hope, Vampiric Spirit, Wicked Akuba, Death Denied, Horobi's Whisper, Soulless Revival, Three Tragedies, Swallowing Plague.
Everything else is too expensive or pretty terrible.

There are a lot of sub-par cards in the deck given how fast the format is and the other cards that are available in it. You also need to make your deck more focused around Devouring Greed, meaning cards that either benefit from being sacrificed to Devouring Greed or ones that create more than one creature to sac to it. These are some cards you should replace (mainly in the three-drop slot because you have way too many of those and the cards in those slots aren't great):
Searchlight Geist and Bygone Bishop. They're slow and very high on the curve. Lingering Souls and Spectral Procession are both better cards in the three-drop slot, no questions asked.
Not Forgotten. 2 mana for one token is a bad rate, especially when it's a situational effect.
Thief of Hope. I can see why you included it, but the way the deck is now it's hard to get enough value out of it to warrant a playset or even playing it at all. Have you thought of playing any Zubera (Ashen-Skin Zubera and Silent-Chant Zubera) over this and Not Forgotten? they'll lower your curve and they have an upside when they're sacrificed or killed in general.
