Good points above, but don’t give up on your theme- it’s great!! Sometimes sacrifices need to be made to achieve perfect flavor. (See Seafloor Debris as one of my most obnoxious examples) https://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/the-briny-deep-3/

I don't see what Seafloor Debris does for your deck. You don't need a mana of any other color.

Abandoned Outpost --> Vivid Meadow
Seafloor Debris --> Vivid Creek
Timberland Ruins --> Vivid Grove
They can be used twice, you never have to sacrifice them, and you can just proliferate the charge counters with your commander to use them indefinitely. Seems perfect to me.
