A sort of soft combination of the old cards Scare Tactics and Erg Raiders.

Decapitated Totem
Artifact
As Decapitated Totem enters the battlefield, sacrifice a creature.
Creatures that share a type with the sacrificed creature get -2/-0 and lose menace, haste, and intimidate.
Creatures you control that do not share a type with the sacrificed creature get +1/+0.
Buffs aren't normally black, but black does occasionally do it ( Soulshriek , Scare Tactics ). Debuffs, also, are primarily blue ( Cumber Stone etc.)
Keep it going, this time with blue. (or ninja?)

Mine is much more budget but feel free to suggest things. I’m still trying to get my hands on all the Greven-flavor cards: Fevered Convulsions , Servant of Volrath , Scare Tactics , Diabolic Edict , and Sadistic Glee .

I agree with Dreamweav3r. take out the single-use card (Scare Tactics) and replace it with a permanent (Carrion Feeder).

Plants Coming Out of Your Butt
Korozda Guildmage pauper EDH. I need to remove one card so I can add Carrion Feeder to the list. Now since he is basically a win con for this deck I wanted to swap him in for one of the lesser wincons.
So between Scare Tactics and Thallid Germinator, which is better? Scare tactics is great just because it buffs my whole board, albeit a small and temporary buff. The germinator lets me turn blocked saps into more damage for unblocked saps, but doesn't have much long-term value.
Which of these two should I cut?
