Thank you for the suggestions!Just the Wind is in there because of cards that make me discard cards.Ringwarden Owl is good in there because the deck has alot of spells and it's prowess ability can activate easily. also I can't add another jace because I don't have 2. this deck may not have 1 initiall strategy (no wonder you don't know what I am doing) but trust me, it is super annoying and effective in an actual game.

I am a fan of the fabled U/R Prowess decks, as they are perfect for what I use them for: Spellslinging Aggro. However, I'd sideboard some Niblis of Frost in case someone is playing some very mean aggro. It not only is cheaper than its lesser Ringwarden Owl, but it effectively taps down opposing threats when you trigger Prowess. I would say run it in the mainboard, but seeing as your creatures are very cheap CMC wise, I figured you'd appreciate the Niblis in the sideboard rather than the main. Hope this helps, and +1 for a great color combo deck!

I always thought Isochron Scepter reminded me of a wand.

I think there are other wandlike cards out there.

We could also have owls like Augury Owl, Sage Owl, and/or Ringwarden Owl.

I was actually thinking about adding Clutch of Currents or Disperse to clear the opponent's attackers instead of blockers, but I can't find space for the cards, but maybe I should put them in the Sideboard instead for opponents faster than me, just to delay their moves while I set-up.

I really want this deck to focus on creatures with flying. Also thought about the prowess creatures but I can't seem to find a cheap one with prowess. Ringwarden Owl and Lotus Path Djinn are pretty expensive, and I think the effect of Dance of the Skywise should be enough to deal the damage.
