As Nameless Race enters the battlefield, pay any amount of life. The amount you pay can't be more than the total number of white nontoken permanents your opponents control plus the total number of white cards in their graveyards.
Nameless Race's power and toughness are each equal to the life paid as it came into play.

Nameless Race is the creature with the fewest creature subtypes - it has none.

Every Magic card has the word “deckmaster” on the back. This is because they were going to have other games in the “deckmaster” series, such as a cyberpunk game. However, none of these games came to fruition, so Magic is the only card game bearing the logo.

The Deckmaster logo has a few errant marks on it - these are not amti-counterfeit measures, as some might assume, but rather errant pen marks that they forgot to remove before sending it to the printer.

Time Walk’s original text did not provide you an extra turn, it caused an opponent to skip a turn. However, they ambiguously wrote that target player “loses their next turn.” It wasn’t until late in the development, when they introduced the game to a play tester outside their core group, that someone pointed out that it read like the person loses the game when their next turn comes around.

Poly_raptor Thanks for looking! Didn't realize I had any comments, haven't been on here in a hot minute. Nameless Race looks just like Zuko, that's an interesting card. Someday I may revisit this deck for some tweaks, I've slowly started doing that with my oldest decks. I did like your Jeskai take on an Atla deck too! It's cool seeing other people take the same theme and run with it in a slightly different direction

Oh my god, I love it...
It's a shame that Nameless Race isn't in your colors, because that's obviously Zuko.
Dragon Breath could fit in Book 3, both from Ran/Shaw and also the signature move of the Dragon of the West.
Power of Fire is self-explanatory.
Whelming Wave/Engulf the Shore for the climax of Book 1?
There's got to be something related to spying for the Dai Li...

Is there a slot for Quiet Contemplation in the deck? It also cares about non-creature spells, and it always reminded me of Katara. :D
