Fortify, Rally the Peasants Guardians' Pledge Kjeldoran War Cry Mirror Entity Zealous Persecution Are probaby better for that. Mirror entity especially.

Well, pauper has a lot more to offer than what is currently on display here. Remember, the only cards that are not legal are the uncommons, mythics and rares. For example, Kiln Fiend is more aggressive than any prowess creature on that list.
Cut the 4x Sanguinary Mage, 2x Fortified Rampart, 2x Dragon's Eye Sentry, (do you really need any defence) adding in 4 Kiln Fiend.
Now, pump spells. Cut the following:
4x Blazing Salvo, 2x Defiant Strike, 2x Rush of Adrenaline, 2x Tandem Tactics, which are on the weak side.
Add 4 Kjeldoran War Cry, 2 more Brute Force and 2 Titan's Strength, 2 Double Cleave. We still have 4 spots left from the creature side, so add in some reach like 4 Lightning Bolt. You can replace hyena umbra with something more permanent, like a Bonesplitter

To get the most value out of Topplegeist's Delirium ability, you might want some instants such as Midnight Haunting or Kjeldoran War Cry.

Ballynock Cohort isn't too hot. I'd go with 4x Loyal Cathar Flip. Very good in white weenie to give the deck reach. That would also bring the mana curve down considerably.
2-4x Kor Skyfisher is almost a must for weenie. Works nicely with Icatian Javelineers, too. I'd probably take out some Veteran Armorsmith for it. Not sure about 6x Lawkeepers that tap. Plus you already have 3x Javelineers.
3x Cenn's Enlistment looks a bit much. But I can see your really pushing to spread the board. I'd also look at Guardians' Pledge over Kjeldoran War Cry. Pledge is cool though and cheaper. However, War Cry is a house either way. I think it's how you want your mana curve to look like in the end.
