Courtly Provocateur can replace Hunt Down and Sea's Claim can replace Nylea's Presence if you're aiming for making an opponents land an Island. If that's not a case enlighten me for its purpose so I'm not interpreting it wrong. It might slow the deck down slightly due to Courtly Provocateur's mana cost being more than Nylea's Presence, since Sea's Claim has the same converted mana cost as Hunt Down.

I'd also put Hunt Down in the sideboard and move Hunt the Weak to the mainboard.

I thought about Prey Upon instead of Hunt Down so I can use it outside the fighting phase (and even if its tapped), and also Epic Confrontation even though its a bit slower, do you think its worth?I thought about Ulvenwald Tracker but its too easy to kill for my liking and it has the summoning sickness to deal with

I really like the idea of this deck. Seems like it would be fun to play. I would suggest trying to scale your mana curve back closer to one cost.
Stuff like Birds of Paradise, Bond Beetle, Caller of Gales, Caustic Caterpillar, Druid Lyrist for utility.

Cosi's Trickster because of the format.

Essence Warden, Overrun, Gaea's Anthem, Overwhelm, Predatory Rampage, Superior Numbers, Triumph of the Hordes, Tower Above just to frustrate people.

Blue Sun's Zenith, Telling Time kind of stuff for card draw.

If you are going deathtouch for removal, cards that allow you to dictate blockers could help alot. Hunt Down - Irresistible Prey - Provoke. That kind of thing.

Also you might want to consider using bounce effects as limited removal. Peel from Reality - Evacuation Seems like that would play in nicely with the commander's theme.
