Diplomacy of the Wastes

Sorcery

As an additional cost to cast ~, exile a card from your hand.

Target opponent reveals their hand. You may exile a card that shares a type with the card exiled to cast ~.

"Ah, Tarkir. Well known for the ruthlessness of the Mardu, the persistance of the Abzan, the patience of the Jeskai, the cunning of the Sultai, and the ferocity of the Temur. How I do not envy any traders operating in those clientele."

First Random card I got? My favorite set. Black. Hand removal. Literally could not ask for better.

Syr Konrad, the Grim

Less what you want but still in the ballpark include Diplomacy of the Wastes, Faith of the Devoted and Feast of Sanity for symmetrical discard, Gibbering Descent, Midnight Oil if you can find a way to gift it but I'm not sure black is able to do so, Strongarm Tactics, Torment of Scarabs, Urgoros, the Empty One, Westgate Regent. Hope some of these suggestions help!

For sorceries, I'd take out Diplomacy of the Wastes and put in Brave the Elements

Nice deck! +1

However, I think Diplomacy of the Wastes is too slow for what it's trying to do. If you want to make your opponent discard, Inquisition of Kozilek or Thoughtseize would be better.

Collective Brutality doesn't really fit with the rest of the deck. I would just drop it.

Drop a Chief of the Scale for a Chief of the Edge. If you're wanting to be aggressive, the extra damage would be more useful.

Definitely put in more Blood-Chin Ragers. Making it harder for your opponents to block you could be the difference between winning ang losing.

Maybe drop some (not all) Graveblade Marauders, he's a good card, but kinda slow and clashes with Mardu Woe-Reaper.

Increase Secure the Wastes, it's a great card, especially for a deck that wants to be aggressive

Rush of Battle seems too slow, and only being able to be cast at sorcery speed seems like a pain. For it to really be effective it would need to be able to cast after blockers have been declared. But if it's been working out for you, then keep it. I noticed you have Path of Bravery in your maybeboard, this could work as an alternative. It wouldn't do as much damage or give you as much life, but it would be more consistent.

Definitely recommend putting in either a playset of Path to Exiles or Dismembers. Removal is absolutely necessary in Modern and you can't really get any better than those two.

It's hard to say what to take out, it depends on your meta. A few other thoughts...

A possible card engine: Raiders' Spoils

Removal (or rather discard, technically): Diplomacy of the Wastes

Great for multiplayer in particular: Herald of Dromoka

You might also consider Mercy Killing to use on your own creatures. Creating multiple warriors out of a single one will increase the utility of your lords and you can just get the sacrificed creature back later. Blood-Chin Fanatic could be another way to sac creatures, too.

oh... and last but not least tonight: I forgot to mention some combos: Wirewood Symbiote, random trigger when entering elf, Arbor Elf and some forest enchantments. This becomes unfair quickly. Wirewood Symbiote also works well with Elvish Archdruid or Wellwisher.

YOu can also look for making an elf/warrior theme with Bramblewood Paragon, Obsidian Battle-Axe and Imperious Perfect. This makes you spawn 5/4 tokens with trample and haste for only 1 mana.. I have to admit I never thougth of it, but it is quite insane. add some Primal Forcemage and you will never see your friends play with you again. When going for warriors you can also splash black to use Diplomacy of the Wastes, Nath of the Gilt-Leaf and Blood-Chin Rager.

I hope I could help a bit to give you some ideas about where to go.

Dragonscale General yes if you have one. Works great as long as Herald of Dromoka isn't out.

Mardu Hateblade is a solid pickup. Synergizes well with Brutal Hordechief.

Honestly, I just don't like Mind Rot. 3CMC for Sorcery speed discard that gives your opponent a choice on what to discard isn't great. With all the Warriors in the deck (Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet, Fleshbag Marauder, Graveblade Marauder), you could make Diplomacy of the Wastes work. Maybe drop Dark Deal for it? Consider swapping Shambling Goblin for Bloodsoaked Champion if you do choose to run it.

There's a lot of cheap discard in the deck and I like that. Being able to pick out your opponent's next few plays or answers to your threats and remove them is challenging, but fun. You should check out your LGS and playtest and let us know how it goes!
