I don't love: Mardu Woe-Reaper or Urabrask the Hidden, Radiant Destiny and Adaptive Automaton also seem a bit low impact. I've never loved single +1/+1 boosts in Commander they always seem to never matter.
At the very least, I think you should be running Bramblewood Paragon over those, since it's a 2 drop that triggers Najeela. I ran Decorated Champion in my Najeela deck. It's not great, but it's a 2 drop warrior and you do need a critical mass of those. Zealous Conscripts is another card I love that happens to be a warrior. I'd also definitely run Stonehewer Giant. If you do, I think that makes Sunforger worth running.

Here are some other options you could consider Bloodsoaked Champion, Goblin Bushwhacker, Pelt Collector, Rhys the Redeemed, Chief of the Edge, Chief of the Scale, Decorated Champion, Den Protector, Duskwatch Recruiter Flip, Hidden Dragonslayer, Rushblade Commander, Thorn Lieutenant, Voltaic Brawler, and Blood-Chin Fanatic.
Also a quick note about the mana base. Having so few basics in the deck could be quite dangerous. Certainly there is always the possibility of not hitting the correct colors, but having more basics lets you use more flexible ramp and as is, a Blood Moon or Ruination would be crushing.

I played in 2HG last weekend, me and my partner went 7-0! He was running B/U with lots of removal and control. Sower of Temptation was good and Nimbus Champion with our combined warriors was nice. I ran G/R with bombs like Vigor, Magmatic Force and Plated Crusher. I also used a Decorated Champion to build up nice with our warriors as well. We only had 1 game that was close and that was against W/U control and a G/B Pir & Toothy combo. We just did what we could the first couple turns and by turn 4 I was dropping big problems for people. Don't underestimate the R/G in this set, if it gets going forget about it!
