lagotripha on Pseudo Swans (Cascade Swans)

I've seen a few seismic swans attempts, but the cascade is a nice touch. The lack of Search for Tomorrow and Simian Spirit Guide hurt the toolbox some, but it seems managable. Thought of a few more- the Sunscour and Commandeer may be useful as single-shot answers, and Devastation Tide and other miracle cards could be playable, though without the topdeck control it'll be tricky. leylines are playable. Mystical Teachings and a toolbox of 4+ cost instants may function- I'm thinking Venser, Shaper Savant/Voidmage Husher and friends. I'm trying to think of cards that'll trigger madness/prowl to get some creatures out early. If you can get some 'discard to play this card' you could run delve. Ingot Chewer, Mulldrifter, Shriekmaw, Spitebellows and thersnipe Dawnfluke are useful. Warbringer is possible, but you shouldn't be playing aggressively enough for it to matter.

Actually, I kind of want to make a cascade/Eldritch Evolution/Allosaurus Rider deck now.

After some researchs, i list here some creatures i could consider :

Instant Speed Creatures :

Ethersworn Shieldmage : even if a don't play artifact creatures, this card can block like an indestructible for 3

Darksteel Sentinel : the same use, for 6, but indestructability lasts and the card has vigilance

Dawnfluke : even for its evoke costs : can save a creature, and make a draw for 1

Restoration Angel : a good blink effect, if needed

Seht's Tiger : can be very powerful against a monocolor deck

Silumgar Sorcerer : seems a good option... even allowing me to sacrifice my creatures producing token or effects when dying.

Vendilion Clique and Venser, Shaper Savant are good control cards here two... but i don't have these cards.

Usually if I add a card like Dawnfluke, that is, cards that look bad on their own, is because I found some kind of synergy with another card, but since this list is 3 years old I can't remember every interaction, it's probably related to the evoke mechanic, if I remember what it was I'll make a new comment about it.

Hi I really like this list, most of these cards are why I got into MTG in the first place. Can you tell me why Dawnfluke is on this list? I just want to know what you think about it.
