TonyStark9001, this is way I gave my example. The only time an ability resolves before anything that triggers during the process of it activating are mana abilities. Mana abilities don't get put onto the stack and resolve immediately after they are activated. That's why you get your mana after activating the ability of Llanowar Elves before it's destroyed by Brink of Disaster.

Just to underscore Rhadamanthus's, the only time where an activated ability resolves before an ability that triggered during activation is when the activated ability is a mana ability. E.g. a Llanowar Elves is enchanted with Brink of Disaster and is tapped for mana, you get the mana and then the Elf is destroyed.

you could add in some land destruction as well to help off set the other player not having a hand. Pooling Venom , Rain of Tears , Befoul , Brink of Disaster , Drain the Well , Poison the Well

you could also add in a Howling Mine it might help ya or it might hurt ya... just depends on what the other guy is playing, may also want to have a Tormod's Crypt at least as part of a sideboard as well.

Sagarys well one card I really like in black is Blood Reckoning then there are cards like Nettlevine Blight or the cheap version of that: Brink of Disaster to slow your opponent/destroy their resources or play stuff like Contaminated Bond to stop small creatures early on...

Hope that helps a bit

As for cuts, these I think are the weakest cards in the deck:

I think you can do without Terrarion, Grisly Spectacle(i'd replace this with a more efficient kill spell if you have one), Monomania, Brink of Disaster, Demonic Taskmaster, Demonlord of Ashmouth, Knight of Infamy

As for additions:

Sol Ring: assuming you can get your hands on it, every deck should run one.

Entomb/Buried Alive: Put any card from your library into your graveyard to bring back with sheoldred

Codex Shredder/Stinkweed Imp/Golgari Thug/Dakmor Salvage are great for decks that have graveyard shenanigans as you can dump your library over.

Dark Ritual:powers out your commander

Rise of the Dark Realms/Dread Return/Victimize/Beacon of Unrest/Reanimate/Ever After/Living Death/Reanimate/Animate Dead/: more ways to bring back creatures from the graveyard. Don't get me wrong sheoldred is great but costs 7 mana and if he dies you have to spend 9 mana. It's good to have other ways to reanimate even without him. You don't necessarily need to include all of these but i'd pick a lot of them and similar effects

FAMOUSWATERMELON, I had a bunch of them in there, but they have since been cycled out because of the process. I still like Totally Lost, thought and will probably replace it with Scute Mob (sorry Sinist3r). Is there some joke about Lhurgoyf that I am not getting? (Because a lot of people tell me to use it). Brink of Disaster, on the other hand, is a little bit dark for this deck, not comical.

Ocarina500, yeah I forgot about that one.

Redirect, Skirk Prospector, Totally Lost, Lhurgoyf, and Brink of Disaster all need to be in here.
