Ninja'd. I did want to add that having basic land types can be both upside (if you have cards like Gaea's Might or Chained to the Rocks) or downside (if your opponent has cards like Boggart Arsonists or Boil).

I can see you are working on a bit of a budget so I will try to stick to budget suggestions, but I am going to make a few suggestions that are more expensive for you to shoot for later.
I think the deck is good for a first run. I understand that it isn't quite where you want it yet, and you have ideas of what you want to add; I suggest adding those to the Maybe Board or Acquire Board to keep others from suggesting cards you already have in mind.
Firstly, recursion is great, but right now I see no way for you to get your creatures into the yard aside from attacking/blocking. So I recommend the following list for making sure you always have a reanimation target:
- Buried Alive
- Entomb (Note this can also put non-creatures that have good interaction in the yard)
- Heir of Falkenrath Flip
- Jaya Ballard, Task Mage
- Undertaker
- Altar's Reap
- Apprentice Necromancer
- Attrition
- Ayli, Eternal Pilgrim
- Barter in Blood (Also hurts your opponents
- Blind Zealot
- Boggart Arsonists (Land destruction too)
- Boggart Loggers (Land destruction too)
- Bone Splinters
- Bontu the Glorified
- Breath of Fury Highly Recommend (as long as you have the mana to keep bringing creatures back you have infinite combats - add Sword of Feast and Famine for more degenerate plays)
- Abyssal Gatekeeper
- Skullclamp
Secondly, I think you need to trim most of the creatures in your deck that have more than 2 power so that you have more reanimation targets for Alesha. I suggest replacing them with cards that have good ETB effects such as:
Lastly, you will want some cards that benefit from all the death you will be causing. I suggest the cards below:
This is by no means an extensive list as I just spent a short time searching based on cards I already knew paired well. Most of these should be rather cheap additions and fairly easy to come by.

I don't see any plainswalkers at all. :( No Boggart Arsonists, no Zodiac Rooster, nothing.

Boggart Arsonists is the only Modern creature with plainswalk.
Of course, if you meant planeswalkers, then that's more doable. It would help if you provided some information on what the deck seems to struggle to do or what the focus is. The more you can tell people, the more focused the suggestions you'll get and the better your deck will become.
