Love Valduk! He was one of the first commanders I built and I love that he can easily be built on a very low budget.

I'd definitely drop Implements of Sacrifice and Treasure Keeper, and recommend dropping Cathodion, Order of Whiteclay, and Feldon too. Seems like it could use more sac outlets like Arcbound Ravager, Goblin Bombardment, Culling Dais, Dark-Dweller Oracle, Fanatical Devotion, Jinxed Idol, Krark-Clan Shaman, and Slobad, Goblin Tinkerer. I'd also think about any of the creatures that make Treasure when they enter or die, Brass's Bounty, Smothering Tithe, Hangarback Walker, Hoarding Dragon, Scrapyard Recombiner, Servo Schematic, Bloodfire Infusion

Bloodfire Infusion is good against the swarm decks like elves or weenies.
I would look for cards that fill a purpose that the deck is lacking on.

Bloodfire Infusion , Flame Slash , possibly Lava Storm , Martyr of Ashes , Sandstorm , Hush , Multani's Decree and possibly Swirling Sandstorm could act as hate against your mainly voltron opponents. Don't overload your deck with these though.
Unfortunatly, most of this also hurts you.
I would cut two lands for Kodama's Reach and Cultivate .
Darksteel Pendant can help you find what your looking for.
Does the soulblade player use Viridian Longbow ?
How fast is Vizkopa Guildmage ?
If Longbow becomes a problem, I would recomend somthing versatile like Crushing Canopy .
Monarch cards could be good, but Valduk is pretty punishing on monarch cards.
Ulamog's Crusher is the biggest beater in PDH, so he could find his way in here if you wanted.
How fast is Valduk?
Would some more combat tricks (First strike) get a Vine Mare mid combat?
What flying creature is the Stinging Shot mainly in there for?

Cool theme! Here's some suggestions:
- Martyr of Ashes is a shoe-in!
- Krark-Clan Shaman also seems great
- Goblin Chirurgeon is both a great way to be able to pile more damage on a creature AND protection from removal
- Bloodfire Infusion could combines well with equipment for when you need a bigger board wipe
- With all the pingers you already have Needle Drop doesn't look bad

Cool deck, you very well tried to make it work. Does it? It looks like a cool and fun commander, but I wasn't sure if it can do anything relevant.
Have you considered Bloodfire Infusion? Could be an on-theme board wipe.

Cards to put in:
Artifacts: Sol Ring, Darksteel Ingot, Commander's Sphere, Rakdos Signet, Boros Signet and other ramp. Maybe some card draw like Skullclamp and sac outlets like Ashnod's Altar. If your creatures are gonna die anyway, may as well get some value off 'em.
Enchantments: Cards like Bloodfire Infusion, Power of Fire, Lightning Prowess, Lavamancer's Skill, Fire Whip, and Aspect of Gorgon and Retreat to Hagra. More things that grant the abilities you're wanting to dish out. Maybe some card draw like Phyrexian Arena would be good here too.
Creatures: More things with deathtouch. Odric, Lunarch Marshal, Harvester of Souls. That's all I've got right now.
Sorceries: Chandra's Ignition?!?!? How'd this not make the cut? Also other wipes. Especially stuff that gets rid of non-creature permanents. Heck, maybe even Armageddon. Tutors could be here too. Maybe some card draw.
Instants: Pretty good with what you've got in here. Needs a bit more removal probably. Non-creature and creature. You could try Arcbond for a fun time.
That's about all I've got for now. Definitely missing some stuff.
