In case it wasn't clear from legendofa's response, spells and abilities only target in MtG if they specifically use the word "target". Otherwise it is an untargeted effect.
There are a limited number of targeted sacrifice effects. Most are abilities of creatures (Arcum Dagsson, Ashling, the Extinguisher, etc.) but there is Barrin's Spite as well, so it is possible at some point that there will be something that synergizes with Feather, the Redeemed.

There was a rule change so child does hit the grave then goes back to the command zone so you don't need the grave recursion part so much. Also when I was playing indestructible board clears with the gods the deck wasn't consistent and the gods did nothing most of the time. So if you are making it tribal gods cut anything that isn't supporting the gods. Child is ok to run but you need a way to support it better, you would need a way to kill Child of Alara yourself because if that is your only board clear how will you trigger it when you want to or need to. Also there are a ton of exile cards that totally will make your deck have a bad day, so some more protection cards and counters wouldnt be a bad idea. Also you need mana ramp either in the form of artifacts or green ramp spells the deck is too slow without them and not getting the colors you need is the worst despite a solid land base.
I would cut Impetuous Sunchaser, Nobilis of War, Zurgo Helmsmasher, Heart-Piercer Manticore, Deus of Calamity, Colossus of Akros, Supernatural Stamina, Fling, Deem Worthy, Agent of Erebos, Soul of New Phyrexia, Barrin's Spite. These cards have the least synergy with the deck.

Man, finding a Sorcery that wasn't a mill card was fun. I almost went with Magus of the Unthinkable, but decided that was too much. Anyway, this is Barrin's Spite on a stick.
Now, to finish the cycle with an RG Spellshaper!

Looks good, although your curve is a little high, and you don't have quite enough ramp to get there. Sol Ring is good, but unfortunately doesn't help you cast your commander. Cards that can add colored mana will be awesome for your deck. Look at: Wayfarer's Bauble, Burnished Hart, Myriad Landscape, Darksteel Ingot, Dimir Signet, Talisman of Dominance, Fellwar Stone, Chromatic Lantern, Gilded Lotus. I would add each one of these do your deck if possible, but obviously up to you. When possible, targeting like 10ish ramp spells will make your deck run much more smoothly.
Mind Funeral is awesome, but also think about Mind Grind. Counterspell is going to be better than Countersquall in most situations, but also feel free to run both. On your lands, Watery Grave and Polluted Delta are going to be awesome for your deck. Would suggest both of those over Creeping Tar Pit for a similar price (in $$).
Sealed Fate isn't a great card for what your deck is trying to do, and Glimpse the Unthinkable is awesome, but the price of that card is just bonkers. Far / Away would be better than Barrin's Spite. Dismiss over Bone to Ash. Wrexial, the Risen Deep, Nemesis of Reason and consuming abberation are awesome cards for your deck.
Since you have so many mana symbols in your permanents, Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx would probably be awesome in your deck. Also Baleful Strix is just great value. Otherwise maybe consider adding some more card draw if you can, maybe some Jaces or just good black or blue card draw.
