If you are going to play red warriors, then put in Alesha, Who Smiles at Death and Ash Zealot, these are the only two warriors worth splashing red for IMO, otherwise B/W has better options. Blood-Chin Rager instead of Atarka Pummeler, same effect, but its a turn 2 play. Brutal Hordechief puts a body on Foul-Tongue Shriek, which should be your top end card. Add more of your one drop creatures to keep your curve nice and low, and consider removing some of your enchantment/sorceries, you will have either won or lost before you are in a position to play these.

I like either Atarka Pummeler or Endbringer as a replacement for Goblin Dark-Dwellers.

Endbringer gives very clear late game advantage. You can pay for it using your Shivan Reef.

Atarka Pummeler might give late game advantage, but would have to be tested.

I also just added four copies of Mob Rule to my Sideboard and it is off the hook.

You can turn Weenie decks or huge Eldrazi decks back on themselves.

Now for creatures. There is a lot of work to be done here.

Creatures that should be dropped: Atarka Pummeler Breaker of Armies Courier Griffin Desolation Twin Fortified Rampart Kitesail Scout Lavastep Raider Reckless Cohort Stone Haven Medic Valakut Invoker Shatterskull Recruit and Kor Castigator could be moved to the sideboard because your opponent may not be running eldrazi

Creatures that should be kept/need more of: 3x Hero of Goma Fada 2x Munda, Ambush Leader 2x Resolute Blademaster 2x Ondu Champion 3x Makindi Patrol 4x Lantern Scout

I will post more comments after you clean some of this stuff up, it looks like a decent start.
