"Whaaaaaat. That card is TERRIBLE. It's actually useful in such crazy rare conditions. The obvious choice to me is to draft Rubblebelt Maaka, either for actual use or even if you don't want red, because it's a serviceable dude. We've seen SO much good red go by. We didn't need to give the red players another building block. I predict that someone with red in their deck will win this draft."

Gruul cards are unplayable for us and this is a much needed dude, even though it will be a vanilla 2/4 most of the time.

There is actually one more vote for Ubul Sar Gatekeepers by magerob. It was overwritten by Chubbub. I agree with Elaine that whoever took red has a crazy strong pool, but I definitely disagree with her on principal the value of hate-drafting.

I think that we can move on. I can't imagine any other card getting a reasonable amount of votes, or any votes at all for that matter.

I bet they ran into similar situations as us. Drafted good stuff and ended up with a weird conflict.
That, or we caused other drafters to mess up, due to the strange signals we could have sent. This would actually be hilarious.
