Game one, wasn't prepared, lost to fulminator and combo Game 2 WIN Game 3 close game, had the potential to win but let him tap my land with deceiver instead of using it to cast terminate and kill the deceiver. I manged to survive the combo by playing nothing but an early bob, drawing a load and playing goyfs and finks to block post combo.

Game 1 he pulled an early cascade for 2 creatures. Scavenging ooze saved me here, I was able to make him big enough to block and kill one creature, then I played a huntmaster and it was all over for him. Managed to survive a bloodmoon as well thanks to all my basics. Game 2 got a fairly decent start with basic lands and a turn one relic of progentius, he conceded probably because I took too long, but it was looking good.

I think i will just take out akroan hoplite and raise the alarm and battlefield forges and make it mono red and try to go more aggro. Please keep commenting on ideas for the deck. Thanks.

Ugin, the Spirit Dragon

It turns out that Ugin is a card, and a very good one at that. This deck runs much smoother with a single O-stone, relying on counter spells and now also Ugin to truly decimate and control the board. Game one he conceded to an early goyf, or he missed his turn 2 wasn't sure. Game 2 I couldn't answer Bitterblossom quick enough and unnecessarily shocked myself. Got him to 4 but died to tokens. Game 3 boarded in fulminator mage, boil, gogari charm (AMAZING vs this deck) and maelstrom pulse. He tapped out for the blossom predictably, I landed a fulminator mage and just went on beat down, removing the blossom, his man land with a bolt and the creatures in his hand. The fulminator mage was amazing as I was able to shut him off blue knowing he had loads of counters and no lands in hand, whenever I wanted.

Added 1x Rogue's Passage and 1x Tomb of the Spirit Dragon to the mainboard.

Updated the maybeboard to make it 15 cards so it can serve as a sideboard. The sideboard still needs some updating.

After a long time of thinking, I've decided to remove red from the deck, seeing how there was only 3 cards that used red. if I get the funds, i may add a new color to the group. . .

Just got my hands on a Jace, the Mind Sculptor, so he switched with Ajani, Mentor of Heroes Sol Ring found its place back in the deck, since I almost always play multiplayer. Enligthened tutor left so that Engineered Explosivescould join the pack
