Oh My Heliod (i'm so sorry, i had to) 100 upvotes! That's insane, i never would have imagined this deck would have gained this much love. As far as i'm aware, this deck is one of the most popular standard decks on the site. Thank you all, maybe this is a good sign that i'll get a good place at my next FNM i'm getting closer!

FNM MODERN // 5th / 16

After playtesting the deck properly in an fnm tonight, I'm pretty stoked with the results Game 1 Vs 5 Colour Mazes End: 2-0 To me! This one was fun as the 5CME Deck was there for fun and a laugh. It was a weird matchup, But my deck proved to be faster and the ghost quarters killed the Maze's Ends ultimately sealed the other decks fate. Game 2 Vs Mono Red Burn: 0-2 To them :( Both games having to mulligan to 5 killed any tempo the deck had sadly, Leaving me to be burned to death. The Primal Commands that should have helped kept getting skullcracked which was a pain... In general. This is whats making me decide to side in Nissa's because of the lack of Wellwisher in modern as the burn decks and fast aggro (Affinity ect) That dominates my meta makes some form of reliable lifegain pretty needed. Game 3 Vs Red Blue Pyromancer's Assention: 2-0 To me! This was weird as for sure I thought I'd be dead versus a deck as fast as that. Luckily I managed to shut down Pyromancer's with Primal Command, Showing how cool and versatile a card it is. Natures claims were sided in here as enchantment removal game 2, Helping me keep Pyromaster's offline. Game 4 Vs Green Red Tron: 0-2 To them, Had to go to last 5 turns. Holy christ this matchup sucked... Half of the opponents deck was foreign or ancient cards making them impossible to understand, Me being misdirected with the effect of torpor orb vs beck (Only being informed I was right later) Also I missed my 2nd turn from an emrakul trigger because in response after emrakul, An oblivion stone was triggered and my oppenent and I had to do triggers and stuff. I passed turn and my opponent didn't remind me of the missed action until a bystander mentioned several turns later which was kind of lame, But we moved on regardless, It being too far gone to reverse the boardstate. Apart from the rules stuff, My deck fared alright against the tron, The ghost quarters being all stars as well as natures claims. Whipflare/Pyroclasm slowed me down a little but with some tweaking I will be able to kick the shit out of the Tron deck next time. Overall, A solid night! Some changes are being made, Including putting Nissa in the sideboard against burn as a psuedo wellwisher.

I've been playing this deck for a while now, mostly casually, and it's turned out pretty nice.

Putting in Land Tax for some basic land ramp, which always helps. Taking out Terminus... to see how that works. I feel like I will miss that card...

Some Slight Changes

I moved Prime Speaker Zegana and Master Biomancer into the main. Also tossed in some more ideas for sideboard.

Won a few multiplayer games against a variety of opponents decks. One was a Kalia deck with a Dragon Mage that really helped me out. Teferi's Puzzle Box did a lot of work too. Venser's Journal helps to put me out of reach. Price of Knowledge with the puzzle box is pretty nice.

One big weakness is relying on my commander for most of my damage. I lost one game because someone took my Sheoldred and I couldn't get another creature out to prevent having to sac my commander. Lost another because I got greedy and forgot to leave 4 mana to swing my 86/86 Consuming Aberration unblockable with Rogue's Passage. Stupid mistake but oh well, went 3 and 2, could have been 4 and 1.

Overall, this deck is playing the way I want. Its fun and I can deal with its few shortcomings.

ok so I've basically come to the conclusion that winning by milling alone or with a lot of mill really isnt exactly feasible given the cards in standard alone. I've added in Hero's Downfall and blood baron vizkopa to add variety and life gain when milling doesn't exactly work... I think they fit nicely
