Take out Goblin War Party, Goblin Wizardry, akki scraphomper, and 3 lands and you've got a solid deck. 60 cards are definitely ideal.

artcwolf22 thank you for feedback.Selvala, Eager Trailblazer and Radha, Heir to Keld will be added to the deck! Also checked you list and decided to add Kalain and mb Merieke re Berit. Gotta say good buy to Grand Arbiter Augustin IV and some other stuff. As an additional bonus, this will become a cEDH deck with no Game Changers). As for the lands, thanks for advice, but for now I'm more or less satisfied with mana base. I will try to add Evendo if I can. Deck kinda loses to blood moon, but it is what it is)

Ohhh! I likey.
You may enjoy Refurbish. That seems on-theme.
Also, the old scarecrows from Shadowmoor may be perfect for a few slots in this list; they're all beautifully cobbled together with scrap and twine. Scrapbasket and Tatterkite each seem especially perfect.
Love the list!

This deck is quite the mix, the cards in here that are good are REALLY GOOD like Sylvan Library, Arid Mesa, True Conviction and Etali, Primal Conqueror Flip
But the cards that aren't are complete rubbish, like Manalith, Mirri's Guile and Gigantosaurus
(The green mana pips are hard to get reliably in three color and 10/10 with no evasion is rarely helpful in this deck)
And then there are some cards that are fine, but really don't belong in this deck, like Rancor and Almost Perfect
I would also recommend using tags to separate card functions, like your lands, ramp, dino, damage multipliers, card draw, and removal. This will make it easier to see what your deck is lacking. Use the # character in your card editor to tag cards ("# Ramp" for example)
You only have 30 lands, so I would try to get this to 36/38 rather than more ramp spells. The best budget ones you're missing are Sungrass Prairie, Mossfire Valley, Sunscorched Divide, Clifftop Retreat, Rootbound Crag, Sunpetal Grove, Rockfall Vale, Overgrown Farmland, Fortified Village, Game Trail, Fire-Lit Thicket and Furycalm Snarl. There are plenty more I may have missed too.
I think you should try adding a few ways to accrue card advantage, like Rishkar's Expertise, Season of Gathering, Secret Rendezvous, Inspired Tinkering, and Escape to the Wilds. These will help you find more cards once you're running out.
Majestic Genesis is also a cheeky card you might like...

Wow, Thanks! This deck is one of my first decks so there are probably a whole lot of cards I do not know about that will fit the deck. And as for the Sol Rings I have so many because hate it when I do not have the mana to play the cards I want.

Also, may I share with you Cryptic Command and Dismiss as better versions of Bone to Ash, or Exclude for one mana cheaper if you're only expecting to play against creature decks.

I know it's a non-format deck, but I'm finding it funny that there's 4x Sol Rings, since there's no format (to my knowledge) where more than one Sol Ring is legal.

@artcwolf22 I hear you. I’m frustrated at the lack of variety when it comes to lands in Pauper. Caution is needed to not destabilize the format, but I feel like we can do much better than ‘you get basic lands and etb:tapped duals’. Pity that every other format has to hide in Commander’s shadow and doesn’t get much R&D :(

Cheers!

GAMEBOY1234 I do agree, unfortunately there aren't that many instant speed theft cards in the game, but we don't need that many, since most of the cards in the deck give us a ton of ramp and card draw in order to find those cards. It can win purely on accruing more value than our opponents and controlling the board while the Komas beat our opponents down, like a tempo deck.
The deck is more about being able to keep up 7+ mana at all times, so we can wait before we spend it all on either our control spells or card advantage.

Nice deck, it looks pretty solid. But you do not seem to have that many capture cards and very few for cards that are out. While its expensive Emrakul, the World Anew might find a place in you deck. Also I am not good at magic, so I may have missed something.

Some suggestions: Because you're running no fetches, have you tried running the vivid cycle? They may enter tapped but in a budget combo Sisay deck I ran, they were great. Murmuring Bosk is also decent.
Some deck manipulation and ramp: Oath of Nissa gets a land or creature. The Soul Stone is great, if not for its $80+ price for a mana rock. Radha, Heir to Keld I like just because it's true colors but I know what you have a lot of other Menards. Selvala, Eager Trailblazer is another combo piece just because it gets lots of mana. And the vigilant part helps with combat.

It's really cool to see all the weird infinite mana combos available in pauper.
That being said I wish there were better mana sinks. I couldn't think of any ones outside Whispers of the Muse and Capsize. scryfall tags for oracletag:mana-sink legal:pauper produced a lot of garbage i didn't want to trudge through

I question how useful the Maskwood Nexus effects are when most of your creatures are already horrors. Is it worth dedicating several slots in your deck and an entire early turn to cards that will affect one or two cards in most games?
I'd say you're better off cutting those and any cards that are only good if you get one of the aforementioned Nexus effects for more interaction. Whether you're going for more mill or trying to win with an army of 3/1's you really need to be able to deal with the game-ending threats that will arise while you're setting up. Might I recommend the new Singularity Rupture?
And for any mill deck you should definitely be running Breach the Multiverse to snatch the creatures you'll be making people mill. It nets you the four best creatures for seven mana, which is never a bad deal. Plus it makes all your creatures Phyrexian's, which means that if you have your commander out they all share a creature type for your background.

Fair enough, I thought the redundancy of buried ruin might be useful + you don't miss your next draw slot and you have access to the card immediately, but with a triple blue commander, I can see your point.
Since u r adding another stax affect, should we bring out our friend Blinkmoth Well?

What do you think of Bident of Thassa? My reasoning is that when I tested the deck's primary concern was running low on cards. To solve this the Bident draws off of any creatures that can get in, and it's other ability can be useful as well to force blockers into attacking (great so your Putrefax can get in). It will also let other players get a free crack at that player as they had to throw the kitchen sink at opponents, so the card can have subtle but powerful impacts on the board's state if it starts getting clogged with creatures. On the downside it's clunky at 4 mana, but fwiw Double Strike will mean 2 cards from that one creature.
The alternative that's much lower to the ground is something like Curiosity, but this won't help you if all you have are Grand Abolishers and no Rafiq, Curiosity is better when you're doing well, Bident is better when you've fallen behind or are at parity.

Have you considered taking out Lush Portico, Shadowy Backstreet, and Underground Mortuary and replacing them with Horizon Canopy, Nurturing Peatland, and Silent Clearing? With no graveyard recursion, your surveil lands amount to scry lands. In an mid-rangey aggro deck, I would feel the tempo hit of a tap land to be pretty high.
legendofa on Oh Yeah!!

In the description, you mention that Crashing Drawbridge can tap as soon as it enters play because it's an artifact. Unless I'm missing something, it still gets summoning sickness because it's a creature. The artifact part doesn't affect that. Unfortunately, I don't really see a good replacement without splashing into red.
That point aside, the deck looks really smooth and effective.

NV_1980 forgot to mention that Summon: Bahamut can also be used as part of the artifact/enchantment removal, albeit its quite a high cost.
Yoif on Behold, a Man!

NV_1980 I have minimal ways to deal with artifacts/enchantments such as Naturalize and Song of the Dryads and Season of Gathering, but I will likely add Steelbane Hydra as it is a great recommendation to deal with the limited removal issues.
I will replace a land for Ghost Town and likely put in Traverse the Outlands but I don't think I'll use Awaken the Woods
I did have Scythecat Cub in but removed it for I believe Ouroboroid While the deck is landfall based, it's mostly a +1/+1 deck and I like the different styles of win conditions it has between quickly scaling counters, mana ramp to bring in heavy hitters, land control with Strip Mine + play cards from your graveyard effects.
Otherwise, I'm glad you like the deck. I've made several changes to it but it's the first deck I've spent quality time building and improving, Bill is just the goat I love him.

With so much mill in here, I'd recommend Guiltfeeder. A card that also really benefits from you milling this much, would be The Haunt of Hightower. Since you've not included cards that exile opposing libraries, maybe cards like Animate Dead, Dance of the Dead or even Necromancy could benefit you greatly in that you'll be able to steal opposing creatures at minimal cost. Have fun with this brew.

Augur of Autumn is one i haven't looked into before so thank you for the suggestion.
I was thinking about adding Awaken the Woods but at the moment i only have the one and thats in my Chatterfang, Squirrel General deck but if i manage to get another it'll most like go in here. Though i do fear that adding it would make the Primal Surge worse so when i do i'll have to replace another instant or sorcery for it. That or just let the meme die and replace the Primal Surge with the Awaken the Woods.
Honestly this deck does pretty well in my play-group. It can be a bit slow to start as almost all the ramp comes from Karametra, God of Harvests *f-etch* so i'd have to say if any match-up it has difficulty with is aggro decks aimed to one shot you with commander damage. But this deck was built to be mroe of a Mid range deck so as soon as she's on board it becomes a hugh value engine and can get out of hand pretty quickly.
