@Profit93 - Thanks, its a Vorthos/Goodstuffs deck looking to balance themes so it can swap out the 14-16 cards that become the other build (Tosh/Guts loses, becomes Geth/Femto & visa versa). I update infrequently as I am back in school & haven't checked sets in about 4-5months; but I can appreciate the suggestion for the "evil" side of the coin (it would kill our tragic hero unfortunately).
- I just see Coffers as staple ramp in any mono-deck with 66%+ basics.
- Since it is only 1/2 themed for Instants, many are replaced when the deck flips, so Guts' role IS a bit deminished (could have fun things ex. Oathkeeper combo). For now, his other interests are SB (though a less tribe and more "death steal" build was once present).
- Word of Command hangs out as the best theft/interrupt & doesn't fit in any catagory, so its like "take from a fresher hand"; i'll move it to Draw.
- Yeah, that's all part of Geth when the build flips. (yes, i keep cards dual-sleeved & manually swap xD)
I guess I should say something about the option of less tribe, more combo (Consultation/Pact & 2-3x combos used to be; like Deathmantle/Ashnods, Mikaeus/Ballista, etc). Bloodchief's/Mindcrank still fits Geth's side ofc... but Femto tends to stick around the win-circuit longer, so Guts could use some love (full death-steal & combo vs tribe/mill/rez). Thanks again for the incentive!

#1Profet93 There ya go. Updated Toshiro's side of things, giving him much more longevity (rez) & speed (draw).
Threw in a Bolas's Citadel for my altered Sensei's to boot (Aetherflux Reservoir when needed). And left the Magus of the Coffers + Yahenni, Undying Partisan (for infinite sac-rez with Corpse Dance) in the sideboard for now.
This created a 33+ card sub-out for the deck swap, now going from Goodstuffs/Theft to Tribal/Theft, and boosting the overall flavor of the theme. "Guts & Griffith, the Eternal Struggle" =D
