A land sacrifice, recursion, discard, bounce, and animation engine combining the powers of various lands-matter commanders such as Lord Windgrace , The Gitrog Monster , Borborygmos Enraged , Omnath, Locus of Rage , Titania, Protector of Argoth , Azusa, Lost but Seeking , Mina and Denn, Wildborn , Ob Nixilis, the Fallen , Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger , and Vaevictis Asmadi, the Dire .

Azusa, Lost but Seeking , Oracle of Mul Daya , Mina and Denn, Wildborn , Wayward Swordtooth , Exploration , and Storm Cauldron let us play additional lands. Crucible of Worlds and Ramunap Excavator let us play lands from the graveyard, and Oracle of Mul Daya lets us play lands from the library. This draws cards with Horn of Greed and triggers landfall.

All the fetchlands help trigger even more landfall, which burns opponents with Ob Nixilis, the Fallen (and Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle if it was a Mountain), draws cards with Nissa, Vital Force 's emblem, Tireless Tracker , and Seer's Sundial , makes tokens with Rampaging Baloths , Omnath, Locus of Rage , and Sporemound , and untaps lands with Stone-Seeder Hierophant . After we have fetched all fetchable lands from our library, fetchlands can still serve as self-sacrificing fodder, or provide mana with Prismatic Omen or Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth .

Rings of Brighthearth can give us double the effect from our planeswalkers, double the lands from fetchlands, Khalni Heart Expedition , and Sakura-Tribe Elder , double the untaps from Stone-Seeder Hierophant and Earthcraft , double the tokens from Mirrorpool , double the damage from Borborygmos Enraged , double the land destruction from Strip Mine , double the protection from Sylvan Safekeeper , double the tutoring from Razaketh, the Foulblooded , and double the draw from Tireless Tracker and Greater Good .

Life and Limb + Mana Echoes gives us extra mana whenever a Forest enters play. Prismatic Omen makes all our lands Mountains for Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle , Forests for Life and Limb , and Swamps for Cabal Coffers , and allows fetches to simply tap for mana.

Golgari Rot Farm , Gruul Turf , and Rakdos Carnarium can bounce themselves for more landfall, and with Amulet of Vigor can ramp us by tapping for 2 mana each time we play them after bouncing. Storm Cauldron and Cloudstone Curio let us do the same with all other lands. Burgeoning + Storm Cauldron lets us put lands into play to trigger landfall whenever opponents bounce their lands and replay them by tapping our lands to bounce them in response.

Mina and Denn, Wildborn can also pay to repeatedly bounce and replay lands, especially ones that can produce like Gruul Turf with Amulet of Vigor or simply alternating colors for Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx , or lands that can produce or with Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger or Zendikar Resurgent or Lotus Cobra .

Bouncing and replaying Gaea's Cradle , Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx , or Cabal Coffers can add a lot of mana. Bouncing and replaying Mosswort Bridge can save a lot of mana by casting spells for free, especially with Amulet of Vigor to keep it untapped.

Life and Limb + Sporemound makes infinite lands but also ends the game in a draw unless we have a sac outlet for Sporemound , or landfall triggers to win the game like Ob Nixilis, the Fallen ( Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle also works if Prismatic Omen entered the battlefield after Life and Limb , as type-changing effects follow timestamp order).

Drownyard Temple gives infinite landfall with a sac outlet and some way to generate mana when it enters or leaves play, like Stone-Seeder Hierophant , Mana Echoes , Lotus Cobra , Earthcraft , Phyrexian Altar , or Ashnod's Altar .

Mirrorpool can be repeatedly sacrificed to copy Titania, Protector of Argoth for infinite landfall with Amulet of Vigor and enough mana generation. If we also have Crucible of Worlds or Ramunap Excavator , Mirrorpool can make an infinite army of Wayward Swordtooth s or Oracle of Mul Daya instead.

Cloudstone Curio also allows Lord Windgrace and Nissa, Vital Force to repeatedly bounce each other so their abilities can be reused. This can be mana-positive in a variety of ways, depending on the lands untapped by Nissa and returned by Windgrace, as well as any mana-increasing enchantments and mana-producing sac outlets. Looping Windgrace's recursion and Nissa's untap can give infinite landfall with sac outlets for the lands, or infinite discards to Borborygmos Enraged for infinite damage with Cloudstone Curio bouncing the lands. Looping Windgrace's draw and Nissa's recursion can draw the whole library if we have enough mana.

Aggravated Assault + Living Plane or Aggravated Assault + Nature's Revolt give us infinite mana and combat steps by untapping our animated lands, as long as our lands can produce at least . With infinite combats, Vaevictis Asmadi, the Dire can put all the permanents in our library into play and destroy all opponents' permanents, since they won't get free permanents from Vaevictis once their top cards are instants or sorceries. If Primal Surge is on top of our library, we can draw it or shuffle it until we find a way to draw it.

Primal Surge puts our entire library into play since every other card is a permanent. With extra land plays, we can cast Primal Surge as early as turn 3 using Squandered Resources , or Amulet of Vigor to repeatedly untap one of the 2-mana bouncelands. Abundance and Underrealm Lich prevent us from losing by drawing from an empty library due to draw triggers, while still allowing us to replace draw triggers with dredge. Once our entire deck is on the battlefield, we can either win with infinite landfall, or with infinite land sacrifice or discard as detailed in the following section.

Underrealm Lich provides great card selection while also filling our graveyard. The Gitrog Monster + Underrealm Lich will keep drawing cards as long as we put a land into the graveyard each time. Kozilek, Butcher of Truth can shuffle our graveyard back into our library to continue the cycle and draw those cards as well. This creates a lot of Plant tokens with Turntimber Sower , which gain power from Eldrazi Monument .

Skullclamp can draw cards by equipping lands animated by Living Plane or Life and Limb , or tokens from Sporemound .

Sylvan Safekeeper can sacrifice lands to protect our key creatures, and also protect important lands if they are animated.

With enough extra land plays each turn, Strip Mine can destroy opponents' lands faster than they can replay them.

Living Plane + Massacre Wurm or Massacre Wurm + Nature's Revolt kills all our opponents' lands.

Nim Deathmantle allows infinite sacrifice and recursion of lands animated by Living Plane , Nature's Revolt , or Life and Limb , especially with additional mana from Squandered Resources , Ashnod's Altar , Lotus Cobra , Mana Echoes , and Earthcraft . Haste from Urabrask the Hidden let the lands tap for mana before sacrificing, so lands that produce multiple mana like Gaea's Cradle , Cabal Coffers , or Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx work best. Mana Reflection , Zendikar Resurgent , and Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger make all our lands produce multiple mana. Sacrificing a fetchland this way ramps by fetching lands from the library. Sacrificing Strip Mine this way destroys all opponents' lands. Sacrificing to Razaketh, the Foulblooded initially can find any missing pieces. With Amulet of Vigor , sacrificing Mirrorpool this way makes infinite tokens.

In addition to landfall effects, sacrificing lands this way makes an army with Titania, Protector of Argoth and draws cards with The Gitrog Monster . With Butcher of Malakir , opponents are also forced to sacrifice all their creatures.

Nim Deathmantle can also be used to kill all opponents' creatures with Massacre Wurm , tutor any cards with Sidisi, Undead Vizier , put all lands from our library into play with Ulvenwald Hydra , return all lands from our graveyard to play with Titania, Protector of Argoth , repeatedly return and sacrifice all lands with World Shaper , or return all cards from our graveyard to hand with Eternal Witness . Infinite recursion of Eternal Witness also allows infinite discard of lands for Borborygmos Enraged to deal infinite damage, as long as we kill The Gitrog Monster so we don't lose by drawing from an empty library.

Dakmor Salvage + The Gitrog Monster also gives infinite damage with Borborygmos Enraged , because by repeatedly discarding and recurring Dakmor Salvage we will eventually dredge Kozilek, Butcher of Truth which shuffles our graveyard back into our library so we never run out of cards to dredge. Each time we discard Dakmor Salvage we get a draw trigger from The Gitrog Monster , which we replace with dredge in order to return Dakmor Salvage to hand. When we get additional draw triggers from The Gitrog Monster due to dredging land into our graveyard, we discard Dakmor Salvage in response and then dredge it again, so that we don't draw Kozilek. This is most straightforward if we have no land cards in the library, and there is an even number of cards in our library including Kozilek, which can be done by drawing all lands from our library with Abundance , or by sacrificing World Shaper to return all lands dredged into the graveyard just before Kozilek shuffles our graveyard back. If we start off with Kozilek in hand, we can discard it with Lord Windgrace or Greater Good , or cast it and then sacrifice it, so it gets shuffled back into our library.

Drownyard Temple can also give infinite discards for Borborygmos Enraged if we have Amulet of Vigor or Stone-Seeder Hierophant to untap Drownyard Temple after returning it to the battlefield and Storm Cauldron to bounce it so we can discard it.

Turntimber Sower can also allow infinite discards for Borborygmos Enraged if we first make two additional copies of Turntimber Sower with Mirrorpool (perhaps with the help of Rings of Brighthearth ), so each land discard creates 3 tokens to sacrifice. This also requires Earthcraft so the tokens can untap a Forest to generate .

Aggressive Mining gives good card draw and the downside can be mitigated by Lord Windgrace 's -3 or Burgeoning , but regular landfall might be more beneficial for the deck. Soul of the Harvest and Harvester of Souls help us draw cards from animated lands entering play or dying respectively. Smothering Abomination draws cards whenever we sacrifice creatures. Deathreap Ritual should provide consistent draw with all the tokens to sacrifice. Mikokoro, Center of the Sea , Geier Reach Sanitarium , and Bazaar of Baghdad are lands that provide card draw, with the latter two also serving as discard outlets. Doom Whisperer can fill the graveyard while digging for cards, and with The Gitrog Monster can draw lots of cards while surveiling by putting lands into the graveyard.

Experimental Frenzy can allow us to play more lands with our extra land play cards, and cast more spells from our library, potentially playing every single card in our library with enough mana generation. This works amazingly well with the card selection from Doom Whisperer and Cream of the Crop .

Golgari Germination makes Saprolings when animated lands die, which also become Forests if Life and Limb is in play. Conspiracy choosing Saproling can turn all our creatures into Forests with Life and Limb if Conspiracy entered play first. This allows for one-sided boardwipes against nonland permanents with cards like Perilous Vault , Oblivion Stone , and Boompile . It also causes all our landfall token makers to make infinite tokens with Life and Limb . Conspiracy choosing Elemental triggers Omnath, Locus of Rage damage when any of our creatures die, including animated lands. Choosing Plant allows Avenger of Zendikar to pump all our creatures when we get landfall.

Zendikar's Roil and Nesting Dragon make tokens from landfall. Nesting Dragon 's tokens can be sacrificed multiple times with Ashnod's Altar , and are evasive mana dumps. Avenger of Zendikar makes a burst of Plants when it enters play, and makes infinite Plants if we have Nim Deathmantle and Ashnod's Altar or Phyrexian Altar . Gutter Grime makes Ooze tokens that keep growing when animated lands die, and Sek'Kuar, Deathkeeper makes hasty tokens. Dunes of the Dead and Gods' Eye, Gate to the Reikai create tokens when they are sacrificed. Parallel Lives can give us double the tokens, and also double the draw from Tireless Tracker . Doubling Season does the same and also gives our planeswalkers double the counters.

Mazirek, Kraul Death Priest , Guul Draz Overseer , Craterhoof Behemoth , Pathbreaker Ibex , Dragon Throne of Tarkir , Coat of Arms , Shared Animosity , Beastmaster Ascension , and Moonveil Dragon are also good to pump our animated lands and other tokens for attacking.

Panharmonicon gives double landfall triggers for animated lands. Bramble Sovereign and Dual Nature can copy animated lands when they enter play as well as our other creatures. Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker , Flameshadow Conjuring , and Minion Reflector can make hasty tokens of creatures and animated lands. Mirrorworks can copy our artifacts and lands like Great Furnace and Tree of Tales , and with Mycosynth Lattice can copy anything in the deck. Mirror Gallery lets us keep multiples of all our legendary creatures and lands.

Mirage Mirror becomes another copy of anything we need, which gives extra land plays when copying Wayward Swordtooth or Oracle of Mul Daya , extra mana when copying Cabal Coffers , Mana Reflection , or Stone-Seeder Hierophant , extra card draw when copying Tireless Tracker , Horn of Greed , Seer's Sundial , Skullclamp , and extra abilities when copying Rings of Brighthearth .

Skirge Familiar can ramp while also serving as another discard outlet for Dakmor Salvage + The Gitrog Monster . Seismic Assault can serve as another copy of Borborygmos Enraged .

Worldgorger Dragon can give infinite landfall and mana with the loop of Animate Dead reanimating Worldgorger Dragon which exiles Animate Dead and all our lands and gets sacrificed to bring back all our lands and Animate Dead which restarts the loop. This loop can be ended by reanimating another creature with Animate Dead . Worldgorger Dragon can be discarded with Lord Windgrace or Greater Good , or dredged into the graveyard. If Worldgorger Dragon is put into play by Primal Surge , we can either win before its exile trigger with damage triggers and instant speed combos, or let it exile all our permanents then remove it with Sidisi, Undead Vizier , Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle , or Cloudstone Curio triggers to bring back our permanents. However, it is trickier if Worldgorger Dragon is put into play by Vaevictis Asmadi, the Dire .

Aid from the Cowl triggers easily from sacrificing lands and creatures, as does Aetherworks Marvel . Spinerock Knoll can also cheat lots of permanents into play on a turn where an opponent was dealt damage if we have Amulet of Vigor and a way to recur it. Defense of the Heart can cheat in big creatures easily, especially when opponents' lands are animated. Good targets for Defense of the Heart include Sidisi, Undead Vizier and Worldgorger Dragon , then exploiting Worldgorger Dragon to tutor Animate Dead for infinite landfall. It can also find The Gitrog Monster and Borborygmos Enraged if we have Dakmor Salvage in hand, or Keldon Firebombers and It That Betrays to steal lots of lands and trigger landfall.

Perilous Forays can put all the fetchable lands from our library into play with enough mana, or if we have Amulet of Vigor , especially with token makers or land animators. Realm Seekers can find any land from the library.

Natural Emergence , Embodiment of Fury , and Embodiment of Insight can also animate our lands so sacrificing them causes death triggers.

Growing Rites of Itlimoc   can provide a second copy of Gaea's Cradle .

Sasaya, Orochi Ascendant is easy to flip once our draw and bounce engines get going, but needs more basics to be effective, although she works very well with Saprolings if we have Life and Limb .

Crypt Ghast and Nirkana Revenant could be good ramp with Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth or Prismatic Omen . Kormus Bell can animate all our lands if they are Swamps (and also animate opponents' lands). Lake of the Dead provides a burst of mana by sacrificing a Swamp.

Recurring Patron of the Orochi or Llanowar Druid with haste after bouncing or sacrificing can give us infinite mana with enough Forests or Prismatic Omen . Nissa, Worldwaker untaps Forests, and can also give infinite landfall with Cloudstone Curio to bounce, recast, and reuse her and Lord Windgrace . Orcish Lumberjack and Goblin Clearcutter can provide a burst of mana by sacrificing Forests.

Overlaid Terrain gives land death triggers, and ramps us quite a bit if we have some land recursion.

Terrain Generator can give infinite landfall with Stone-Seeder Hierophant and a way to bounce basics. Darigaaz's Caldera can bounce other lands but can't bounce itself repeatedly.

Pitiless Plunderer provides mana when our creatures die.

Yavimaya Hollow regenerates a creature. Asceticism can protect all our creatures. Endless Sands can get our key creatures out of danger and repeat their ETB triggers. Mikaeus, the Unhallowed makes our lands and creatures come back after a boardwipe or sacrificing. Meren of Clan Nel Toth can return a creature from the graveyard each turn. Balthor the Defiled can return all our black and red creatures, which includes the Borborygmos Enraged and The Gitrog Monster combo. Soul of Innistrad returns creatures to our hand. Champion of Stray Souls can exchange our tokens and animated lands for creatures in the graveyard. Strands of Night can exchange our Swamps for creatures in the graveyard. Journey to Eternity   can return one creature, and after flipping Atzal, Cave of Eternity can potentially return a lot of creatures with Stone-Seeder Hierophant to untap it.

Eternity Vessel makes it hard for us to die to damage since our life resets each turn. This can double our life repeatedly if we have Doubling Season and some way to bounce or sacrifice and recur the Vessel.

Retreat to Hagra drains opponents when we have landfall, or can also give deathtouch to deter attacks. It also negates the life loss from fetchlands. Sunscorched Desert deals damage whenever it enters play.

Scrib Nibblers allows us to win by exiling opponents' libraries. Altar of Dementia can sacrifice tokens to mill opponents or fill our graveyard.

Attrition can sacrifice our tokens or animated lands to kill opponents' creatures. Terastodon can destroy opponents' permanents, or destroy our lands to give us tokens. Rakdos the Defiler can sacrifice our lands to make opponents sacrifice half their permanents.

Myojin of Infinite Rage destroys all lands, but we can return ours from the graveyard. Pernicious Deed and Nevinyrral's Disk also do the same if all lands are animated. Burning Sands can force opponents to sacrifice all their lands if all lands are animated and we kill a single one of their lands. Ward of Bones can prevent opponents from playing lands if we sacrifice our lands at the end of each turn only to recur them again on our turn.

Destructive Flow and Desolation should hinder opponents more than us since we can play multiple lands each turn and recur them from the graveyard.

Confusion in the Ranks can exchange our creature tokens for opponents' creatures. If lands are animated, we can also steal opponents' creatures and lands just by playing lands, then sacrifice or bounce our land before control is exchanged so opponents get nothing. It does make Primal Surge tricky however.

Vedalken Orrery lets us cast spells at instant speed.

Adding blue to the deck gives access to Tatyova, Benthic Druid for card draw, Hedron Crab for mill, Roil Elemental to steal creatures, Oboro Breezecaller for untapping, Retreat to Coralhelm for untap and scry, Muldrotha, the Gravetide for recursion, Arixmethes, Slumbering Isle as a land that can be cast, Realmwright to change land types, Deadeye Navigator to flicker, Meloku the Clouded Mirror and Trade Routes for bounce, Sunder for mass bounce, and Patron of the Moon to put lands down from our hand, which gives infinite landfall and mana with Amulet of Vigor and Storm Cauldron or Cloudstone Curio . Retreat to Coralhelm also gives infinite mana and landfall with creatures like Budoka Gardener or Sakura-Tribe Scout to put lands into play and Storm Cauldron or Cloudstone Curio to bounce lands.

Adding white to the deck gives access to Land Tax , Endless Horizons , and Eternal Dragon for access to lands, Krosan Verge and Riftstone Portal for fixing, Emeria Shepherd for reanimation and recursion, Eldrazi Displacer for flicker, and Admonition Angel for removal, which becomes permanent if we trigger landfall then sacrifice or flicker her before the exile triggers. Retreat to Emeria can make tokens or pump our creatures with landfall. We also get Realm Razer , which can repeatedly flicker our lands with Amulet of Vigor and a sac outlet for Nim Deathmantle or Emeria Shepherd to reanimate it. Dimensional Breach can exile all lands temporarily, which Oblivion Sower can steal. Parallax Wave with Opalescence also permanently exiles all opponents' creatures, and can give infinite landfall with land animation effects by exiling animated lands then exiling itself to return the animated lands and a new Parallax Wave .
