Surgical Extraction tribal deck. get rid of all playable cards in opponents library and win by kayas ultimate or if you are evil, milling via pass and go!

Opening hand should have something to turn on Surgical Extraction . good hands include Thoughtseize or Archive Trap

Creature removal is in white to exile, hopefully everything is prevented from entering the battlefield

The deck runs well, you get most of the opponents cards in exile, yet getting over the winning line is a struggle as you end up running out of steam added Phyrexian Arena.

Dark Confidant may be better but i think this deck goes long so i guess we would lose before we can win.

considering adding Death's Shadow as a win con not sure yet
