Pretty simple commander concept: Get Sram out and just continually draw cards for artifact and enchantment you play while the rest of the deck's synergy lets you do it for almost free. There are a couple of good choices in here for your Voltron, including your commander, and most of the rest of the deck is based on control. Slow your opponents down considerably while you snowball out of control.

This is a non-swords build of Sram. If you have the budget and want a higher power level for the deck, add the swords.
