This deck has just a whole lot of value built into it.

The main reason we use Sisay is so the in tough situations where an opponent may be comboing off or searching for their win con, we can use her to tutor up a planeswalker at instant speed to the battlefield such as (Narset, Partner of veils), (Teferi, Time Raveler), (Ashiok, Dream Render), etc... to stop their engines.

There is 2 infinite combos in it that aren't super crazy.

1) Jace, cunning castaway + Doubling Season = infinite Jace's and birds

2) Teferi, Temporal Archmage + Tezzeret, the Seeker + The Chain Veil + 2 Mana rocks = infinite mana/draw your whole deck
