Food Chain Niv Mizzet Reborn with a consistent win rate by turn 5 going infinite.

Win cons:

Number 1 combo with fries: Food Chain + creature that can cast from exile = infinite card dig from niv mizzet for any color pair card needed or desired to win, being infinite damage from Walking Ballista or Sparkcaster, Exile entire decks from Circu, Dimir Lobotomist, drawing my entire deck with Jhoira, or filtering through Sawtooth Loon. (Cast from exile creatures include Squee the Immortal, Misthollow Griffin, and Eternal Scourge)

Backup plan: Take infinite turns with Time Sieve and Thopter Assembly. This allows you to turn the game in your favor over time if needed and gives you a beat down strategy outlet without much consequence if any.

This deck includes tons of mana fixing and ramp, with 29 lands it is important to be able to fix the colors you need to cast what is important in your hand, as there are no dead draws in this deck.

12 tutors help guarantee you will grab your win cons on board quickly and consistently, as dig and top deck manipulation cards are abundant as well. Lim-Dul's Vault, Ponder, Brainstorm, and Scroll Rack help set up your next draws. Cards like Tainted Pact may help exile 1 combo piece for you on your way digging for the 2nd or 3rd piece to go infinite on the 1st win con.

15 card draw effects, including 4 from lands help dig further towards win cons or counterspells if needed.
