The strategy here is simple, mill cards into opponents graveyards and grow big or just mill your opponents out. Here are some of the main win strategies to mill out opponents or kill them with damage or commander damage.

Combos

Duskmantle Guildmage and Mindcrank Get damage through and activate Duskmantle's ability for instant win.

Mimeoplasm Targets

Gaea's Revenge + Impervious Greatwurm to shoot for commander damage with haste. This can also be accomplished if enough cards are in graveyards with Lord of Extinction,card:Consuming Aberation

Inkwell Leviathan + Lord of Extinction or Consuming Aberration

Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord ability with Lord of Extinction,Consuming Aberration

Triskelion ability with Lord of Extinction,Consuming Aberration, or possibly Impervious Greatwurm.

If sufficient cards are in graveyards other mill strategies include Phenax, God of Deception ability + Lord of Extinction,Consuming Aberration. Similar large mills can be accomplished with Altar of Dementia

There may be more combos than I listed so feel free to let me know if you notice one. This deck is a lot of fun to play as most people don't think milling in commander will happen...until it does.
