UPDATES IN COMMENTS

This is my cEDH Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain list. List was originally inspired by John Suarez's list on Commander VS. I saw him play that list and immediately fell in love with the concept of this deck. From there I changed a lot of cards making the list much more reliable and far more efficient at killing players. The deck is constantly changing with the most recent changes coming just shortly after finally making this description.

I would say in general at a cEDH table this list has a better than 30% chance of winning. Someday I'll turn this into a primer for the deck going over all the in's and out's of its win conditions.

The current combos are:

Playing Aetherflux Reservoir followed by lots of cheap artifacts and killing players that way.

2 of either Mox Opal, Mox Amber, Mana Crypt, Mana Vault, or Sol Ring+Words of Wind + Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain this allows us to bounce every permanent our opponents control

Utilizing Eruth, Tormented Prophet along with Jhoira's card draw to quickly go through our entire deck and then casting Thassa's Oracle. YES ORACLE IS FINALLY IN THE DECK!

Oracle can also be used now when we can loop our draws efficiently with Sensei's Divining Top eventually drawing most of our deck and then casting oracle.
