Disclaimer

If you want a Feather "optimized" deck, T5 kill someone and full aggro vibe... You're not going to find it here. It's a value and multi-out deck.

Tailwind

This deck, even if unoptimized for fast Kill, is optimized to work like a charm (if you follow some rules)

You'll need cantrip/scry as fast as possible, without it you'll never be able to fly off.

Once you acquire that Cantrip fuel you can go fetch a way to get the mana supply you need.

It's here you'll need to see what you have in hand, evaluate the situation and take the best wind stream.

1. Libeccio the Voltron Wind

Always blowing and ever present, also the easiest wind stream to take. The best cards for this out:

• Double Trouble :Seize the Day, Psychotic Fury or Boros Charm
• Big Blow :Titan's Strength, Fists of Flame + a Card draw out or/and Balduvian Rage + a ramp out

The fact that the deck play on a low "voltron" instant-pool is a blessing in disguise, your opponent will maybe forget that feather can pack a punch. I want to put the emphasis on the fact it's one of the three alternate wincon the deck supports, not a go-to out, I barelly use it as i prefer to two other winds.

2. Sirocco the Legion Wind

The second wind, my personnal favorite, uncontestable boardstate Sirocco consist of those cards:

• Infantry : Akroan Crusader, Vanguard of Brimaz, Young Pyromancer, Monastery Mentor and Cemetery Protector

• Lieutennant : Zada, Hedron Grinder or Mirrorwing Dragon

• Best support: Storm-Kiln Artist, Fists of Flame, Twinflame, Spawning Breath

Note that Heroic doens't proc with the copied spell you'll cast targeting Zada, Hedron Grinder or Mirrorwing Dragon

So, you see where i'm going? you can go Full burst Voltron or full wide boardstate on a whim. No boundaries.

3. Mousson the Storm Wind

The last wind is the most destructive: Grapeshot, Guttersnipe, Aetherflux Reservoir, Sentinel Tower and Aria of Flame

Everything will be under the storm, there's no escape and it's the hardest out to play against. Once setup your opponent will leave some feathers...

Synergies:

• Token generator + Phyrexian Altar

• Dualcaster Mage + Twinflame {INFINITY}: While going infinite is not really my goal, i really like both card, Dualcaster Mage can counter spell and interact with other spell heavy deck. While you can copy Storm-Kiln Artist or Monastery Mentor with Twinflame to burst value.

• Sunforger + Magnetic Theft: You can remove Hexproof or Shroud from boots by stealing them for a turn, Magnetic Theft can open so much interaction.

Synergies I don't play:

• Blink + Dockside Extortionist/Kor Cartographer/Solemn Simulacrum

• Loyal Apprentice + Wear / Tear

• Akroan Conscriptor + Cloudshift: I don't like Stealing stuff, tested it, feels bad :/

• Wheel effect + Smothering Tithe: Abusing a card while messing with your opponant hand state is really not my cup of tea. Also i'm sure that in the near future I'll be "forced" to remove Smothering Tithe for a new spellslinger mana-producer.

• Intimidation Bolt + Feather, the Redeemed: Was the worse spell of the whole list, too good to not cast it when in a bad spot but also just uninteresting to play around, as a player I prefer strugling to value and get a board online then paying 3 no attack. Feather is already a salty enough commander, having this card in the decklist is asking to be focused, and deserving it.
