My take on the greatest Abzan commander with a budget of $500.

The main plan to get cheddar is to cast ad nauseum and get a ton of cards in hand and win with them.

The first and foremost combo of the deck is to cast an enchantment such as Fertile Ground on a basic land and cast Earthcraft. Then we shall have an undying creature such as the good boy Young Wolf that we shall sacrifice to Ghave's ability and generate infinite mana of any color. Because this combo requires us to sacrifice a creature and having a creature continuously enter the battlefield having an effect like Cruel Celebrant and Corpse Knight can kill our opponents.

The secondary combo is to use Ashnod's Altar + an Undying creature with Ghave, Guru of Spores to remove the +1/+1 counters from the Undying creature and make a saproling giving us the kill if we have Cruel Celebrant or Corpse Knight once more. However, even if we don't have Celebrant or Knight we still generated an arbitrary number of saprolings that we can use to kill our opponents once our next turn comes around.

For non-green matchups, we have to switch up Oakhame Adversary for Kunoros, Hound of Athreos, and Priest of Titania for Joraga Treespeaker. We also have the option to switch out Tangle Wire for Mana Web depending on what we want to do. If we go against a lot of artifact decks we can switch out Ethersworn Canonist for Collector Ouphe.
