By request from The_2ndpanda, here is my take on Derevi, Empyrial Tactician bird tribal.

In my ongoing endeavor to bring frugality to Commander, each card in this deck is under $2 and the whole deck is under $40 (not including the commander). The Strategy

1) Get Derevi, Empyrial Tactician out as soon as possible

2) Start swinging with Derevi and any other creatures you might have to untap your land so you can cast more birds

3) Make sure to have some card draw to keep your hand full

4) Buff your board and win!
