Lots of shenanigans, +1/+1, lifegain, a little of everything. Can be ran with Drana L, Drana K, Kalitas or Anowon as CMDR - pick your poison. I typically run it with Drana L, Kalitas or Anowon, depending on the table.

My first from-scratch deck. A lot of love and effort went into this, and I'm pretty proud of it considering I've only been playing MTG since May 2017. All constructive suggestions are welcome.

Cards I want to add but don't yet have are on the Maybeboard.

Combos & Synergy

• Exquisite Blood + Sanguine Bond = "infinite" life, win con.
• Defiant Bloodlord + Exquisite Blood = "infinite" life, win con.
• Blood Tribute + Sanguine Bond = target opponent loses all life, I gain it. Second hit can be spread in multiplayer - first opponent loses 50% and second loses the same amount. Both live. Ew, mercy.
• Anowon, the Ruin Sage + Blade of the Bloodchief = +2/+2 on each of my upkeeps (if opponent can sac).
• Anowon, the Ruin Sage + Patron of the Vein = opponent sac, +1/+1 each vamp each of my upkeeps (if opponent can sac).
• Creature equipped with Blade of the Bloodchief + Vona's Hunger = lot of +2/+2's.
• Creature equipped with Blade of the Bloodchief + Kindred Dominance = ton of +2/+2's. Definitely want Swiftfoot Boots on equipped creature if possible. Much aggro after this combo.
• Quag Vampires + Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth = unblockable X/X (X= kicks + 1).
• Quag Vampires + Quietus Spike + Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth = unblockable X/X (X= kicks + 1) and -50% opponent's life. Hard to pull off but brutal, especially with Exquisite Blood out. Expect rage and/or scoop. This combo makes no friends.
• Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet + Kindred Dominance = 2/2 zombie army, lots of exiled creatures and an angry table.
