Goblin Stampede

Pros:

• Very fast aggro/combo deck with a lot of ways to win.
• Cheap for a cEDH deck. It doesn't require many reserved list cards.
• Very easy to pilot.

Cons:

• Win conditions revolve around the commander. Without it, it would be very hard to win.
• The average turn win for this deck is turn 4. It is fast but not as fast as Flash-Hulk variants.

I will be making the budget version for this commander too so stay tuned. :)
