Control deck with Niv-Mizzet, Parun + Ophidian Eye as a win con. So far it's worked pretty decently, but I'm always looking for suggestions as I'm still somewhat of a novice MTG player. I think it might be somewhat mana heavy - but I want to make sure that I am able to afford Niv-Mizzet when I get him. Thanks in advance for any comments you have!
