Hey man! As someone who's brewed this one alot, I'm telling you right now you need waaay more mana rocks. Literally like 10+ rocks, plus a few rituals. The fact that they also generate a token is incredible in practice. Here's a list of the ones I'd include on top of what you already have: Fellwar Stone, Talisman of Progress, Izzet Signet, Boros Signet, Azorius Signet, Springleaf Drum, Jeweled Amulet, Lotus Petal, Pyretic Ritual, Desperate Ritual, Seething Song & Battle Hymn.
Also just so you know, Mystical Tutor, Personal Tutor, Enlightened Tutor & Gamble are all super cheap right now due to recent reprints! Gotta get it while the getting is good, ya know?
A great combo here is Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal, it generates infinite Spirit tokens on top of just being great individual utility pieces for the build outside of the combo!
Lots of great, cheap synergy pieces like Wild Research, Kindred Discovery, Opposition, Vicious Shadows, etc...

Price of Progress and Blood Moon will hate on good mana bases (assuming the 36 basics is accurate and not just a lazy placeholder... I've been there lol). Blood Moon can definitely cause some saltiness though.
Archfiend of Depravity will screw go-wide creature strategies. Tainted AEther is another card that punishes creature strategies. Feed the Swarm and Chaos Warp are your only 2 answers to enchantments in these colors. Oubliette is another premium piece of removal (use on commanders for maximum effect).
Vicious Shadows, Emberwilde Captain, and Unquenchable Fury will hate on large hands. I'm not sure I like the Black Vice effects (or at least so many of them).
Exsanguinate would be a nice finisher here.
You are a bit light on creatures. Koskun Falls can be hard to find if you aren't shopping online but it does provide some defense.
Last One Standing and Blasphemous Act are a pair of good budget friendly boardwipes here.

Sweet deck! I like the mass drain strat, seems like it would be very effective if the table lets you live past turn 5. I know mine wouldn't! I highly recommend Furystoke Giant, Birthing Pod, and Phyrexian Altar, the first of which especially for your style of deck, the amount of damage you can get off that giant is pretty unreal especially if you're not pumping tokens to attack, which seems accurate for this deck. I also think you underrated Vicious Shadows, though it might be more redundant in your deck it can push out tons of damage and is great for taking out those pesky blue players. Orcish Bowmasters and Cryptolith Rite have also been all stars in my deck, I'd highly recommend at least testing them out. Hatred could also be a super fun way to get a surprise win off something like Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord. Gruul to me is attacking with tall trampling creatures with reckless abandon to destroy your opponent/s with combat damage companied with indirect damage like Terror of the Peaks or Vicious Shadows

Thoughtseize isn't good in commander unfortunately, since you're only removing one of your opponent's cards in hand. There are also a solid amount of Black Vise effects to choose from, love seeing some group hug and slug that isn't Nekusar!
Besides those more fun cards, I think it is super important to include as much ramp as you can for this deck, you'll want as much as possible to get away with all the junk!

Wow, I didn't expect to get this many responses after posting this and going to bed. Thank you to all the suggestions! Right now I'm leaning towards the board wipe punishes like Stalking Vengeance and Vicious Shadows. Also forgot that Tibalt's Trickery existed, definitely need me a copy of that.
