Urza's Filter ABSOLUTELY fits the multi-color theme of the deck, but does not fit the Guild theme as every spell in the deck must be two colors. Frown. In this instance, flavor is favored over power. Great suggestion though!

Some suggestions from a fellow Scion of Ur-Dragon EDH player:

Mana rocks that fix colours are your friend in a deck that can run such high mana costs! Stuff like the Ravnica Signets can do a significant amount in fixing your colour bases in the early game. I put all 10 into my deck and I have never regretted it.

You're on the right track with finding means to lower the costs. Things like Urza's Incubator , Urza's Filter , Elvish Piper can add a lot of redundancy to the deck along with the ones you already have in there.

What do the Nicol Bolas walkers do in the deck that are vital to the strategy? Personally I find Sarkhan (The Mad especially) does a lot more when it comes do a dragon heavy deck.

Things like Where Ancients Tread can do a significant amount of damage as well just by you playing your Dragons.

Overall it looks like a decently solid EDH deck.

Consider multicolor targeted cards like Cloven Casting , Knight of New Alara , Supply / Demand , Urza's Filter , and Rienne, Angel of Rebirth ?
