Great question Frostfire524. There are a couple infinite combos (and a few power combos/cards) that win you the game.

Galecaster Colossus can be enough to lock opponents (even multiple opponents) out of the game with mass bounce. If someone tries to remove it, counterspell.

Cyclonic Rift is in a similar boat, and can be retrieved from the graveyard by cards like Archaeomancer and Mystic Sanctuary. Clone Legion is another great card that can make the game one-sided.

Stormtide Leviathan is a big beater that can finish games if opponents have been swinging at each other a bit and don't have many fliers. Just yesterday I used Rite of Replication on the Stormtide the turn after casting it - six 8/8s with Islandwalk are pretty good at winning the game.

Ultimately though, the goal for the deck is to hold off the opponents until it is ready to draw/mill itself out and win. Jace, Wielder of Mysteries and Laboratory Maniac allow you to win when you deck yourself. Those are obvious, how do you get there? We have a few options.

First, the mill. This deck has a LOT of scry, but not much shuffle. That is a very intentional design decision. You want to remember what your bottom card is at all times, because the spell Tunnel Vision will let you throw all the rest of your library into your graveyard, leaving only that card on top. So you go from having 70-80 cards in library to 1.

This strategy can also target the opponent. Our spells Hinder, Spell Crumple, and Vendilion Clique all let us put cards on the bottom of an opponent's library. Now we can target them with Tunnel Vision! Much fun ensues.

Now for drawing yourself out. This is accomplished through infinite bounce triggers. The card Naru Meha, Master Wizard goes infinite with bounce spells like Ghostly Flicker, Freed from the Real, Displace, and Illusionist's Stratagem. This can let you bounce another Wizard that lets you draw cards, or use other output cards like Kindred Discovery or Sage's Row Denizen to knock out libraries. There's lot of others combos too, like being able to use Naru Meha and Ghostly Flicker with Sunscorched Desert to ping opponents to death.

Hello OP, I just wanted to reach out and let you know that I loved your deck. It took me about 3 years to get all the cards and I just finished getting the last 5 cards this last week. I got to play it IRL on this last Friday and I am happy to say to you that I managed to win both games I played and one of those games I won by turn 4. I hope you are still gaming because I see you haven't updated in a while. If anyone asks where I got the deck idea from, I am going to be sure to let them know about this website and that you helped me out. Thank you again and happy gaming player.

P.S. That second game that I had won by turn 4 had Sunscorched Desert and Worldgorger Dragon in it, and I had to just manage to get any of the three revival cards in my hand. I did manage to get Burning Inquiry in my opening hand too and that help bury Worldgorger Dragon and load me up with a couple of cards that had Madness on them. I then managed to get Commander out on turn 3 and then cycle quite a few cards, but didn't get a revival from it. Then on turn 4 I managed to draw Dance of the Dead which won me the game in the main phase. Loved the speed of this deck from that point on.

Very unorthodox! +1. Great potential for fun here. I’d recommend substituting Sunscorched Desert for card:Sunscorched Dessert in your description though, as the latter sounds like a bowl of ice cream left outside in the middle of August ^__^

Zero regrets on slotting in Sunscorched Desert absolutely beast. Retreat to Coralhelm and Sakura-Tribe Scout really like this card with a Trade Routes or Storm Cauldron also in play!

That play must've had some style! I am intrigued by you mentioning Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle. My build is very similar to the main one listed here, however, it focuses more-so on boucing lands and includes a higher amount of Trade Routes type effects. I have been playing with the idea of including Sunscorched Desert as a back up wincon... What do you guys think of that card? I for one have read it can combo off with Kodama/Sakashima (Tooth and Nail) or a land bounce effect!

It seems like you would have probably thought of it, so maybe I‘m missing something, but wouldn‘t Sulfuric Vortex be an absolute slam dunk in this list..?

Also you could probably run some incidental value lands in a mono colored list like Scavenger Grounds, Desert and Sunscorched Desert.

Hey, if you're wanting to take your deck into 8 or more power level (PL) then you really need to decide how you want to win the game? At 8 PL or higher to win infinite combos are the way to go. Chainer doesn't need to be a piece of the combo, his discard can be an enabler. Since Chainer cares about creatures then using combos that involve creatures is best.

Some creatures to play for combos: Worldgorger Dragon, Mikaeus, the Unhallowed, Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker, Gravecrawler, Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, Walking Ballista, Murderous Redcap, Pitiless Plunderer, Dualcaster Mage, Reassembling Skeleton.

Some enablers for combos to play: Viscera Seer, Carrion Feeder, Goblin Bombardment, Altar of Dementia, Phyrexian Altar, Ashnod's Altar, Animate Dead, Dance of the Dead, Necromancy, Twinflame or Heat Shimmer.

Some win conditions for the combos: Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, Walking Ballista, Murderous Redcap, Zealous Conscripts, Gray Merchant of Asphodel, Dualcaster Mage, Purphoros, God of the Forge, Mayhem Devil, Goblin Bombardment, Bontu's Monument, Aetherflux Reservoir, Sunscorched Desert, Impact Tremors, Cut / Ribbons(Ribbions), Torment of Hailfire.

Some cards to play to protect combo: Deflecting Swat, Tibalt's Trickery, Pyroblast, Red Elemental Blast, Dualcaster Mage, Reverberate.

Beyond combos some other good creatures to play: Dockside Extortionist, Magus of the Wheel, K'rrik, Son of Yawgmoth, Crypt Ghast, Plaguecrafter, Dualcaster Mage.

Expanding on loot can help to draw and get creatures faster into your graveyard: Buried Alive, Magus of the Wheel, Cathartic Reunion, Thrill of Possibility, Tormenting Voice, Azra Oddsmaker, Sire Of Insanity, Seize the Spoils.

Expanding on fast mana and/or big mana producers helps to have more mana to cast more spells which can assemble combos faster: Dockside Extortionist, K'rrik, Son of Yawgmoth, Crypt Ghast, Mana Crypt, Dark Ritual, Rite of Flame, Cabal Ritual, Burnt Offering, Sacrifice.

If you're interested in any of these suggestions then I offer more advice in another comment that includes further explaining the combos, more card advice as well as cuts to consider.

Good luck with your deck.
