I actually find Sparkcaster to be more effective than Goblin Bombardment. Bombardment doesn't do all too much without the combo, whereas sparkcaster, worst case scenario, can hit someone for one or just be a 5/3. If you have an ETB like Dockside Extortionist it lets you replay it and have a creature out that can swing and sac itself to food chain for enough mana to play a CFE creature. Sparkcaster can also be cast off of the Food Chain mana, meaning that if you for some reason can't cast The First Sliver, you can still win.

Why run Green Sun's Zenith instead of Natural Order ? There's isn't a whole lot to fetch with GSZ in your deck, specially with a lack of a Dryad Arbor , the only real green creature worth grabbing is temur Sabertooth or protean hulk, which I also assume you go get temur and dockside with. In which case natural order is still cheaper to get them directly on the field. Even then Chord of Calling might even be more justifiable to run since it's not color restricted like GSZ and natural order.

If your reasoning for gsz is the 1cmc for ad nauseum then running mikaeus or even protean hulk seem like really unnecessary risks for the deck. If you Want a lower CMC creature based wincon to win with food chains, I recommend Sparkcaster since it can win by itself with infinite mana, similarly to walking ballista. Also it's higher CMC, but puphoros is a creature unlike impact tremors, so you can win with creature Mana there too, also puphoros is harder to remove.

And lastly, what's the reasoning for running gutteral response instead of red elemental blast? Other than hybrid Mana,REB catches more things in general than GR.

Creating Niv-Mizzet Reborn food chain. Need the following cards: Eternal Scourge , Misthollow Griffin , Lotus Petal , Necropotence , Extract , Circu, Dimir Lobotomist , and Sparkcaster .

As these cards are cheap, trades must include more-than-one of them (ie necropotence AND circu).

Another fun looking deck, I might pull out Kessig Wolf Run just because it doesn't seem to fit your fun janky theme. I would also take out Sparkcaster and put in Nature's Will from your maybe board
