Dense Canopy is such a good one! Definitely one of the most unique effects, and cards like that that are game changing but not game changing from straight up power level, I love those cards.

My biggest pet card has to be Warrior Angel When I built my Kami Neon deck, I finally found a place for this card that has been my favorite forever. I remember getting Sliver Queen and Mox Diamond in packs of stronghold when I was a kid, but I never played anything as much as I played Warrior Angel

Also, I'd have to say Willbreaker I have a 60 card deck that uses the venture into the dungeon mechanic to hit target abilities like, target creature gets -2/0, which sounds underwhelming until it becomes a steal a creature : ) The whole deck became my pet deck, mostly because it was a pretty unhinged idea that I expected to not go anywhere and then it worked so crazy well.

GeminiSpartanX There are many ways for Slivers to go infinite in mana, creatures or damage. I will start by listing 3 of the most common ones you will generally see to get you started. The rest I will leave for you to discover through play.

  1. Sliver Queen+Mana Echoes: The classic, will generate infinite mana and Sliver tokens, combine with a haste sliver for an infinite attack or use Lavabelly Sliver for infinite target damage and life.

  2. Basal Sliver+Sliver Queen+Lavabelly Sliver: Infinite target damage and life gain.

  3. Intruder Alarm+The First Sliver: Not truly an infinite combo on it's own but can be with the right setup or hit's off cascade triggers. Intruder Alarm combos with a ham sandwich so not hard to make infinite with mana/haste slivers and Hibernation Sliver and Darkheart Sliver.

Bonus: The most important cards to consider for combos. Sliver Queen, Basal Sliver, Lavabelly Sliver, Hibernation Sliver, The First Sliver, Gemhide Sliver, Manaweft Sliver, Heart Sliver, Cloudshredder Sliver, Firewake Sliver, Darkheart Sliver, Cautery Sliver, Sliver Overlord, Homing Sliver, Mana Echoes, Intruder Alarm, Faces of the Past.

Support Cards: The most important cards to protect your combos. Crystalline Sliver, Root Sliver, Sliver Hivelord, Quick Sliver, Ward Sliver, Force of Will, Patriarch's Bidding.

Hi there...

So logged onto Tapped Out, and another Sliver Overlord deck (your's in case you didnt guess) caught my eye. This pleases the Hive.

So firstly, will alway be a +1 for Sliver decks.

If I may, a couple of suggestions.

Hope you dont mind me putting my 2 pence/cents/whatever currency. If you would like to look at my deck, please just head over to my hive: Sliver Overlord - Predatory Super-Organisms

jebrownie, looking for your opinion? Sliver Queen Shouldn't be included in Burn?

I guess the other argument on proxies is how much does your deck actually need them? Adding a dual land as one card in your commander deck will make your deck better, but so marginally so that it probably won't make an impact outside of very competitive metas, where players will be way more accepting of proxies anyways. Or even something like Gaea's Cradle, which there's nothing to really replace it in deck, but you can run enough green ramp to make it not necessary. I think that doing proxies on these kinds of cards might make a more feel-bad reaction, where a proxy of something like Sliver Queen might not just because there really is nothing else that does what it does. Proxying to make your deck a little better feels a lot different than proxying to make your deck idea just kinda work.

Greetings fellow denizen of the Hive,

Well its not very often you seen Sliver Hivelord as a commander, usually its just one of the 99. Good stuff.

So before I look further into it, can ask what is the overall gameplan, is it good wide? Go tall?

Also, an idea of budget might be useful purely so I can give good card selections. +1 from a fellow servant of the Sliver Queen... Long may she rule.
