Siren's Call

Instant

Cast this spell only during an opponent's turn and only before attackers are declared.

Creatures the active player controls attack this turn if able.

At the beginning of the next end step, destroy all non-Wall creatures that player controls that didn't attack this turn. Ignore this effect for each creature the player didn't control continuously since the beginning of the turn.

I count only 2 draw option:

So I would add at least another 5 draw options. Maybe:

Also I count only 2 ramp spells. Maybe also 5 other ones:

Also I would include Mirror Entity: Nice synergy and a good win option.

With the high number of tappers I would also include Siren's Call

Also the number of Mass Removal is to low. Some options:

Portent, Crawlspace, Web of Inertia, Dream Tides, War Tax, Glacial Chasm, Monastery Siege, Cryptic Command, Extract, Portcullis, Dissipation Field, Overburden, Archmage Ascension, Frozen Aether, Reins of Power, Rapid Hybridization, Siren's Call, Cyclonic Rift, Mission Briefing, Reality Shift, and Resculpt are just a few you could potentially use. You can very easily go creatureless if you want to. You just have to lean on different win conditions and use cards like Ward of Bones /etc.

Sphinxes are such a good one. I kind of like Isperia, Supreme Judge with effects like Siren's Call or Bident of Thassa. I had tried it for a while, and it wasn't amazing, but it did make some big swings sometimes and it does feel good to punish players who are playing, disengage and wait to combo, decks. Blink effects really helped the deck with sphinxes. Blinking a blocker to gain cards off Isperia and then double up on Etb effects was pretty fun. You can even blink Azor, the Lawbringer off Eldrazi Displacer if you want to be mean about it : )

Also, Siren's Call absolutely loves Isochron Scepter and Unwinding Clock if you have creatures to punish with it.

Cards do what their oracle text is. Sometimes (mostly on older cards) this isn't want is printed on the card. The oracle text of Siren's Call is:

"Cast this spell only during an opponent’s turn, before attackers are declared.

Creatures the active player controls attack this turn if able.

At the beginning of the next end step, destroy all non-Wall creatures that player controls that didn’t attack this turn. Ignore this effect for each creature the player didn’t control continuously since the beginning of the turn."

So it no longer targets, good against something like Runed Halo or Aegis of the Gods . But it only affects the active player, so you will not be able to unconditionally wipe one opponent in a multi-player game.

I think this is a little bit of wishful thinking, but do I cast Siren's Call on any opponents turn, or does it have to be the opponent that I am targeting turn

Epicurus: There actually are some forced combat cards in these colours: Angler Turtle , Bident of Thassa , Alluring Siren , Dulcet Sirens , Siren's Call . Also, Spear of Heliod is a great card for that strategy, as is Settle the Wreckage . Especially Spear works beautifully with the design you came up with. Great job!

For the forced combat theme you could go with Siren's Call

If you are going for turtling, you could look at Statecraft or Peacekeeper

If you have enough draw power, maybe Solitary Confinement or Island Sanctuary? Super well-protected but you have to skip your draw step and discard cards. Might be able to buy you a couple turns. Could combine it with Pitchstone Wall to keep that up longer.

Have you considered Darksteel Reactor for another "you win" option?

Some of your "you win" cards use counters. You could add some proliferate cards like Clockspinning or Karn's Bastion.

Milesfuzz since a lot of players are attacking against their will those cards help actively discourage others from attacking me (unless I want them too) this way they can slowly destroy each other while I set up more barriers. The thing with Norn's Annex and those cards is that if they Have to attack me, they still have to pay for each creature at combat if able so it forces them to either tap down by combat or swing in against their will into something that with probably bounce/destroy their creatures. Also 0rc I like the Siren's Call and Lightmine Field.
