So firstly. I like the graveyard land style, but I would recommend going more for a Landfall style deck. Usually that isn't B/G but there are some interesting opportunities. Firstly I would recommend Khalni Heart Expedition. very good for landfall. Also Adventuring Gear gives a lot of good heavy hitting power especially with multiple lands a turn. and its colorless which fits multicolor well. Also this is a bit more crazy but you have a lot of land searching with Terramorphic Expanse etc. so maybe a little bit of other colors? Red would be pretty good for Akoum Hellhound or Plated Geopede and Manamorphose. Also I'm not sure Crypt Rats is Ideal here without it being more of a black devotion deck. And I'm not fully sure what Generous Ent really does for you? maybe try Sporemound Also I think Reclaim the Wastes or even Explore over Yavimaya Elder simply out of mana value. I think the land graveyard game just doesn't have super strong support in pauper, but I am interested to see what you can do with it.

WhiteEagle_12, thank you for your advice, as you can see I have taken some of it. I removed Ant Queen as I originally leaned on it as a way to sink mana once I was generating large amounts. However I replaced bot Ant Queen and Elvish Mystic with Sakura-Tribe Scout and Spring-Leaf Avenger. This has shifted the focus of the deck slightly, however I kept both scute cards as they have such god benefit from large amounts of land. I also picked up Reclaim the Wastes and Caravan Vigil. The fact that these weren't already in my deck shows how little of the cardpool I am familiar with. I am considering adding Overrun to capitalize on my scute cards, but I feel with a large source of creatures removed this is a rather weak win condition. Overall I am very conflicted on whether or not I lean into this and trust that Overrun will allow me to win, or to find another way to use my setup to win.

Regardless of my wishy-washy feelings your advice has been deeply appreciated. :)

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention, but a good replacement for Elvish Mystic that you might like is Skyshroud Ranger. If you do that, you could replace some of the high CMC land fetch cards with something like Caravan Vigil or Reclaim the Wastes. I hope this helps!

MuricanSheepdog Np, just trying to help out someone starting. The main things to focus on are the cards with effects that won't help towards the main strategy. Some cards to replace would be, CREATURES: Arborea Pegasus, Dire Wolf Prowler, Elturgard Ranger, Hill Giant Herdgorger (The problem with him is that even though it does get you 3 life, for 6 mana and a creature with no other abilities is a bit too much mana to cast compared to some others cards that can gain life), Planar Ally (not sure how much you want dungeon crawling to play into the deck, but with most of these cards, you could honestly build another deck centered around it instead of putting it into this deck), INSTANTS: You Hear Something on Watch, Plummet, Repel the Vile(even if these are removal for cards, some other cards do what they do better and are still less than a dollar in price), SORCERIES: Compelled Duel, ARTIFACTS: Delver's Torch,Treasure Chest(This may seem like a really good card, but for 3 to cast and 4 to activate, making it essentially 7 mana to either gain 3 life and draw 3 cards, or lose 2 mana in total, the card seems like it has more of a chance to whiff rather than help in its effect,((don't worry, I would have fallen for that too))). Since you said your struggling to get mana, some "ramp" I would put in the deck would be Rampant Growth, Reclaim the Wastes, Roiling Regrowth, and Crop Rotation. Those should get you lands out quickly to play your commander sooner. Some artifacts I would also put in would be Commander's Sphere, Sol Ring, Moonsilver Key (this can search out Sol Ring from your deck), Moss Diamond, and Marble Diamond. Those are the ones off of the top of my head. Sorry if it's a bit long, I didn't want to make it 2 comments. Ok so basically you want to build a landfall deck with +1/+1 counter synergies.

First off, there are some cards I recommend you cut since they don't add enough to your gameplan. Commune with Nature is a decent dig spell but it's probably better to just pack more threats instead and cut them. Reclaim the Wastes and Vastwood Surge synergize well with the deck but are unfortunately just not that great cards. The other cards I'd cut are Broken Wings, Sudden Spinnerets, and Vines of Vastwood.

I'd add some better removal in Path to Exile, maybe Prismatic Ending with a single Indatha Triome.

Undergrowth Champion is a fun card. More Hardened Scales and Conclave Mentor can multiply +1/+1 counters.
