Some of my favorite Zur Combos are: Teferi, Hero of Dominaria + Stasis // Solitary Confinement + Necropotence // Rest in Peace + Energy Field // Stasis + Azor's Elocutors // Basalt Monolith + Power Artifact // Winter Orb + Mind Over Matter

Sunder, Armageddon, Death Cloud will send your opponents back to the stone age while you fish out more enchants and punch them to death with Zur

Mana Breach, Mana Vortex, Oppression, Overburden are must have stax cards for Zur. The enchantments / creatures that keep your opponents from drawing or casting more than 1 spell per turn are really solid for stax ex: Arcane Laboratory, Spirit of the Labyrinth. Notion Thief + wheels will leave your opponent with 0 cards

Spellskite, Vanishing, Diplomatic Immunity, Steel of the Godhead, Mind Over Matter are all S tier for Zur

Approach of the Second Sun for another easy win con

Neither Throne of Eldraine nor Oppression are Modern-legal.

I think you’re running too many cards as 1-ofs and 2-ofs, which will lead to consistency issues. You should aim for the vast majprity of a deck being playsets of cards (4-ofs).

I think you should go up to 23 lands

Ok, so here's a few top picks (imho) for Tergrid, God of Fright  ^Flip.

Oppression, Liliana, Waker of the Dead, Rankle, Master of Pranks, Living Death, Delirium Skeins, Innocent Blood, Cunning Lethemancer, Bottomless Pit, Necrogen Mists, Words of Waste, Smokestack, Sword of Feast and Famine & Chains of Mephistopheles (just proxy it lol)

There's also a lot of cheaper options that are just as synergistic like Plaguecrafter, Demon's Disciple, Raven's Crime, Hymn to Tourach, Mind Twist, Mind Shatter, Mind Slash & Sadistic Hypnotist.

Outside of the synergy pieces, I'd recommend replacing some of those low-power pieces like Bad Deal & Inevitable End with value pieces like Dark Ritual & Vampiric Tutor for greater consistency.

Dark Deal and Ill-Gotten Gains are brutal alongside Tergrid.

Mire in Misery and Sheoldred's Edict are swiss army knife utility.

Death Cloud bomb.

Icbrgr thank you. I also like Oppression and necrogenic mists, but tbh I've never really been impressed by them. If nobody answers Tergrid in a turn or 2 nobody else is going to have a hand anyways and in top deck mode those effects are actually not great. Even Painful Quandary hasn't really been impressive.

Hey, I love some of the combos that you have in here. I noticed that someone already suggested Waste Not and I also think that it is a huge advantage having it down. Also have you considered Quest for the Nihil Stone? Oppression is also another card similar to Bottomless Pit, I've noticed that it basically makes it so people don't want to play cards so it can also hinder the game some. Another card that could be of some use is Noxious Vapors, it is super deadly against mono color decks. The only other cards that I can think of are Sangromancer and Phyrexian Arena. Sangromancer can basically single-handedly keep someone alive for a ton of turns if you get it down early. Phyrexian Arena I feel is a super competitive card for the amount of advantage it provides.
