Hey man! As someone who's brewed this one alot, I'm telling you right now you need waaay more mana rocks. Literally like 10+ rocks, plus a few rituals. The fact that they also generate a token is incredible in practice. Here's a list of the ones I'd include on top of what you already have: Fellwar Stone, Talisman of Progress, Izzet Signet, Boros Signet, Azorius Signet, Springleaf Drum, Jeweled Amulet, Lotus Petal, Pyretic Ritual, Desperate Ritual, Seething Song & Battle Hymn.

Also just so you know, Mystical Tutor, Personal Tutor, Enlightened Tutor & Gamble are all super cheap right now due to recent reprints! Gotta get it while the getting is good, ya know?

A great combo here is Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal, it generates infinite Spirit tokens on top of just being great individual utility pieces for the build outside of the combo!

Lots of great, cheap synergy pieces like Wild Research, Kindred Discovery, Opposition, Vicious Shadows, etc...

I'll stop rambling now, great Commander choice dude! Let me know how you feel about my mediocre suggestions lol.

Hylda is one of my favourite decks, as well. Your deck looks fine, but let me suggest some nice tools I have in my deck:

Opposition is obviously powerful. But have you ever seen Flood? Junk Winder and Court Street Denizen don't go infinite with Hylda by themselves, but you don't need much mana to get a lot of value out of them. Ballynock Trapper untaps easily and taps stuff for free. Fine card for the deck. Sunblast Angel is a great boardwipe, and if you don't need the body, Don't Move does the same. Icy Manipulator is a classic. Finally, Dreamshackle Geist is basically a second Timin.

Thoughts?

I know these aren't common but Opposition is an oldie that's begging to be used with the newDeeproot Pilgrimage. Opposition loves tokens and lots of small covers.

I'm in the process of building Hylda of the Icy Crown. Opposition and Sunblast Angel are two cards I'll be adding. Also, in Hylda, Junk Winder is ridiculous. It's worse here, but with enough token production, it could be useful.

So Hylda and Intruder Alarm is a thing. You just need either Opposition or Junk Winder, a mana dork, and a way to set off the combo and it's infinite elemental tokens.

Also we just got a strictly better Lazav, the Multifarious in Likeness Looter.

I play the deck fairly regularly and I think I've only put together both Abundance + Sylvan Library twice, but both are quite good on their own in the deck.
Abundance really shines when you're drawing 4+ cards per turn rotation.

Noxious Revival is in the deck for recursion with the option of messing with your opponents just as you mentioned.

Blustersquall was a later addition to the deck. I found that I was often winning off the back of a well timed Cryptic Command with the mode 'Tap all creatures your opponents control' so I wanted other ways to duplicate the effect.
I think Opposition would be a great include for the deck but would lead to a more controlling style of play. If you look at the Sideboard section I have it included in what I think would make a stronger deck, you'd just need to cut a few of the higher CMC creatures and some of my less synergistic includes.

Oops, I mistakenly thought that your commander 1/1s for some reason. You're absolutely right.

I notice you're running Sylvan Library + Abundance, nice! How often have you assembled that synergy?

What is the primary purpose of Noxious Revival? I'm assuming it's to mess with opposing graveyard shenanigans while tappedout? Or is it's primary purpose recursion?

Blustersquall - How has this been working out for you? Why not swap it for Opposition? They are similar, bluster has a lower ceiling but higher floor while opposition is the opposite. Repeatable interaction > One time IMO. I do see the utility in this though. Would love to hear your thoughts.
