Hey, good start, still have 25 cards to cut though which is a lot.

Lets start with cutting noncreature spells and then move to cutting creatures? First cuts to consider:

You can afford to cut a couple of the subpar lands for five colors. Ash Barrens is fine if you want to spend one mana to fetch a basic land, but if you have to play it as a land then it could slow down being able to cast Jodah too much. Shamanic Revelation is not good draw here for five mana. You're much more likely to have a higher power creature than the same number of creatures equal or more than the amount of power.

There's 40 creatures here, but if I was building this deck I would play only 20 of them which includes both nonLegendary Elders. Some advice to consider is choose the 20-25 best Legendary creatures and cut the others? Since you're not playing hatebears, what you're looking for with Legends are getting value from other Legends or casting spells from exile. How they support Jodah because he's the best attacking creature when you control other Legends.

Using Legendary creatures you're currently playing here's how I would break down the priority areas from Legends to keep:

Those who draw, ramp or find other Legends.

Those who make Jodah a better attacker.

Those who help for recovery from removal.

Those who are support, but don't fit into the other areas.

In place of two of the lesser Legends consider Legend tutors, Time of Need and Search for Glory?

Some Legends within the budget to consider adding:

Good luck with your deck.

I see Valentin, Dean of the Vein  Flip in here, which just looks out of place, the only thing it really has going for it is legendary, so on that note...

The Reality Chip should probably find a place in here, since it is an equipment, it's legendary, and it has a color for Mox Amber. It basically checks all the boxes. If you are able to equip it... it just helps a lot.

Here's some other legendary creatures that are half suggestions - Lavinia, Azorius Renegade could be a form of hate. If you wanted to be more combo oriented, Lazav, the Multifarious is a decent idea, since he lets you copy stuff in the grave still. Niambi, Esteemed Speaker lets you bluff being a control deck, while still playing him. Valki, God of Lies  Flip just has decent value.

Solid list. There are some great cards worth looking at which give this kind of list a lot of versatility- and a lot of the rares from Nightpack Ambusher era are cheap. Spectral Sailor, Mizzium Meddler, Lutri, the Spellchaser, Nimble Obstructionist, Faerie Vandal, Quickling, Wildborn Preserver, Vile Redeemer.

With Cathar Commando/Hushwing Gryff/Containment Priest, you could probably string together a strong w/u or w/g list. I remember messing around with Mantle of Leadership for this in the past. Sigrid, God-Favored+Niambi, Esteemed Speaker point to a legendary tribal option if budget legendaries show up for the archetype.

I'd recommend cutting the following cards right away:
Tidal Force (Doesn't do much. Very expensive.)
Siege Behemoth (Good effect, but very expensive.)
Emmara Tandris (It doesn't look like you really have that many tokens. Not sure why this is here.)
Deepfathom Skulker (Good trigger, but expensive, and you can't activate its second ability easily.)
Archon of Coronation (Really easy to lose the monarch and it doesn't do much besides give you the monarch.)
Amareth, the Lustrous (Not really that good. Very rarely will draw you anything in general and the body is very meh.)
Inniaz, the Gale Force (I don't like this kind of effect. You are forced to give up something.)
God-Eternal Oketra (The tokens are okay, but it really doesn't do enough IMO)
Archon of Redemption (3/4 flyer for 5 with a situational life gain effect is pretty bad...)
Angel of Destiny (If it ever gets removed, all you did by attacking, possibly losing creatures in the process, possibly taking hits because your defense are down, was gain life. It just seems like the card really does nothing.)
Trostani, Selesnya's Voice (Not enough token synergy to matter. Life gain is not very good.)
Thassa, Deep-Dwelling (This doesn't do much in your deck. IMO)
Basri's Lieutenant (With almost no +1/+1 counter synergy in the deck, this really doesn't do anything for you.)
Adrix and Nev, Twincasters (Not enough token synergy.)
Niambi, Esteemed Speaker (Can save a creature, but other than that, the card pretty much does nothing.)
Ornithopter of Paradise (Can't trigger Derevi because it has 0 power. Pretty bad as a ramp card too.)
Rhys the Redeemed (Not being elf tribal or big on tokens means that he won't do much.)
Parhelion II (Way too expensive and really doesn't do that much for its cost.)
Righteous Authority (Very expensive and no way to abuse it in the deck currently.)
Cosmos Elixir (You have a ton of draw in the form of "when a creature deals combat damage, draw 1" type cards. You don't need this IMO.)
Sword of Vengeance , Sword of Body and Mind (Not really sure what they're supposed to do for you. Tiny pumps and trample aren't going to help you much IMO.)
Combine Chrysalis (Not enough tokens.)
Sol Talisman (Why is this not Sol Ring?)
Cloudshift , Ephemerate (Almost no abusable ETBs)
Griffin Aerie (Not enough life gain to make this work and not even a great effect.)
Garruk's Uprising (I feel like you should probably be focusing on smaller bodies, not bigger ones.)
Growing Ranks (Not enough tokens.)
Elspeth Conquers Death (Doesn't really do anything you're looking for IMO.)

That's just the ones I would cut right away for not being good in general or not fitting with your strategy.

The token subtheme is kind of unfitting IMO. There's only a few tokens here and there, and a lot of them are "big" tokens, not little ones that can trigger Derevi a lot, but then you also have lots of things to take advantage of tokens even though you don't have that many things that produce tokens (and a lot of times, they're too expensive). If you want to focus a deck on tokens, I think you should choose a different commander.

In general, I think you should probably focus more on having a bunch of smaller creatures so you can get lots of Derevi triggers rather than bigger creatures. This could be a way to work in tokens if you want to push it, because you could focus on smaller tokens that you can push out very cheap and early in the game.

In addition to this, you may also want to consider putting in more cards that you can abuse with Derevi. I love the inspire guy you have in there, Arbiter of the Ideal (don't know if you know, but you can stack tap/untap/tap/untap triggers on him and trigger inspire a bunch of times in one combat!). I think you should focus on this kind of effect more.

I think you should also try to put a little more ramp in there. Sol Ring, Simic Signet, Arcane Signet, and maybe a couple other mana rocks are noticeably missing.

That's pretty much all I have to say about it right now. Let me know what you think!

seems like a solid brew!

only recommendations depending on meta are:

Selfless Squire, really puts the hurt on some swingy/stormy/one shot decks when you can just loop this guy every combat phase. Blightsteel Colossus looking like a goat token

Cloudstone Curio lets you set up extreme value plays and lean into certain interactions

Niambi, Esteemed Speaker as a (mostly) strictly better Deputy of Acquittals feels pretty at home in here. Especially with an Aluren already in here

berryjon ahh but Niambi, Esteemed Speaker activated ability has two very important distinctions though from what you're asking for.

1) It costs mana. Not a huge hurdle I'll admit but it does present it's own limitations.

2) and this is the big one, it requires you tap Niambi. Something that clicked while I was reading the Grandeur effect on each card was that it didn't give a toss if the creature was summoning sick or not.

That's huge, especially as it means you can use the discard ability in response to most removal for value.

That to me is the dirty secret of why they don't want it coming back, I can easily see this becoming way too broken. Especially in an era where Underworld Breach exists
