Welcome to the format and nice budget list! I've seen a slightly upgraded version of this adding Green for Renegade Rallier and Kaya's Ghostform for an infinte combo. Adding green allowed them to play Collected Company to find the pieces easier. All you need is a sacrifice outlet (they ran Cartel Aristocrat along with Woe Strider). You have Kaya's Ghostform attached to Renegade Rallier, sacrifice the Rallier, it triggers the enter the battlefield trigger you attach Kaya's Ghostform from the graveyard to the Rallier and repeat along with a creature like Zulaport Cutthroat to deal damage while doing it.

It's a pretty cool deck I would suggest at least another sacrifice outlet as you only have Cartel Aristocrat and Priest of Forgotten Gods that has to tap to activate. There is most likely another combo with Bontu's Monument and Oathsworn Vampire as well. Honestly the rest of the deck and the sideboard look pretty good.

I think I found another if you ran Liliana, Untouched By Death and Shambling Ghast activating her ultimate then continually sacrificing Ghast and casting it again.

I love zombie decks! It’s one of my favorite themes but I stayed mono-black with mine. But I know there are good black/blue zombie cards like one that will give all zombie tokens Hexproof I believe or another that gives them flying. Just use an Advanced Search on Scryfall.com to find them. When it comes to non-mono black, I just don’t prefer the “mill” theme that comes with blue; I love the reanimated swarm theme black focuses on. Anyways, here is the "zombie" I know:

For added consistency with Wilhelt, the Rotcleaver, you could consider Diregraf Colossus and Headless Rider. I know they don’t work nicely with the Death Tyrant + Wilhelt, the Rotcleaver combo but here is how all 3 of them are really nice:

• Sac Gravecrawler to Phyrexian Altar with Diregraf Colossus, Headless Rider, and/or Wilhelt, the Rotcleaver = Infinite Zombie Tokens
• In that combo, subing Phyrexian Altar out with cards like Carrion Feeder = 1Zombie per 1Swamp And Carrion Feeder Gets Big

As a Rooftop Storm backup, you may want to consider Liliana, Untouched By Death (-3 ability). Her with Shambling Ghast (Search the Body) plus a sac outlet; or, Her with Phyrexian Altar and any 1 drop zombie make a 1 turn infinite cycle fueling any ETB and death triggers. Liliana, Untouched By Death's -3 ability effectively turns any 1 drop zombie like Shambling Ghast, Carrion Feeder, Champion of the Perished, and Cryptbreaker -into- Gravecrawlers for 1 turn. Basically, she'll increase your consistency getting your combos rolling.

• Champion of the Perished is really good when your constantly making zombies ETB.
• Consider using Blasting Station as a sac outlet too. For example, any time you sac with the station during a combo, the combo will also do 1-dmg per cycle. And, if the combo is making zombies, the station will untap too.
• Black Market can also get out of hand when doing sac combos. It can really help when the combo is not infinite. It also makes people think harder about the cost of boardwiping.

Anyways cool seeing the Death Tyrant + Wilhelt, the Rotcleaver combo; I hadn’t seen that one yet!

Sac Gravecrawler to Phyrexian Altar with Diregraf Colossus or better Headless Rider = Infinite Zombie Tokens

All these zombies ETBing make Champion of the Perished get crazy big (x2 faster then Carrion Feeder).

You may want to consider Liliana, Untouched By Death (-3 ability) and Shambling Ghast (Search the Body) plus a sac outlet. Those together make a 1 turn infinite cycle good for growing Carrion Feeder, growing Champion of the Perished, and generating infinite zombie tokens like Phyrexian Altar can. Liliana, Untouched By Death's -3 ability effectively turns Shambling Ghast, Carrion Feeder, Champion of the Perished, and Cryptbreaker into Gravecrawlers for 1 turn. Basically, she'll increase your consistency getting those infinite (and per mana) combos rolling.

Althuran Impressive list. Your creature load out is pretty great. You could consider Corpse Harvester. Good pay off, triggers wilhelt.

Rooftop Storm + Liliana, Untouched By Death= Cast all zombies from your graveyard and hand. Things get even nuttier if you have Tormod, the Desecrator out. You already run 2 of these cards so I'd include liliana.

If you can stuff Liliana, Untouched By Death in there, it gets 5 of your creatures back on its own. 2 of which are combo pieces for you, another two get cards(one just mills them), and the last is Fleshbag. It also mills 3 on uptick. Granted, its pretty niche, but I think its enough to warrant a maybeboard slot at minimum. The other one being Liliana, Death's Majesty as it makes a token and mills two on uptick, plus reanimates single target on downtick, while not actually using a muldrotha slot to recast a creature!

Also if I have Heartless Summoning, The Meathook Massacre, Shambling Ghast, Liliana, Untouched By Death is that infinite life loss?
