Again, not a professional designer. But:

Compare Whispering Wizard to cards like Monastery Mentor or Third Path Iconoclast. I would say if or got added to the cost and it became a 2/2, it would be more likely to be triggered on any use. is the weakest color for continual token generation.

Sunshot Militia would need a shift up to at least uncommon, if not rare. It's already a reasonably efficient pinger, in that it can be activated multiple times in a turn and hits each opponent. Adding or maybe to the mana cost and upshifting the rarity would be enough to remove the restriction, I think. Ghirapur AEther Grid and Kyren Negotiations are my references here.

I was testing your deck a bit, and I didn't come across many solutions to artifacts in the deck, do you never face problematic artifacts in your meta? Red is fairly good at dealing with artifacts, and I can think of Goblin Trashmaster off the top of my head, do you have a good solution to something like a Static Orb or Meek Stone? I know lots of groups eschew such cards because they are 'annoying' but there are lots of artifacts that take over games. I just did a rudimentary search, and it doesn't look like the other such Goblins are great, but Goblin Tinkerer and Goblin Replica both exist.

Since this deck isn't exactly low budget, have you thought about trying out Ruby Medallion?

Kyren Negotiations is a Goblin themed card technically, one that lets you threaten a win without attacking (and over time potentially), even if you haven't set up an especially dangerous board. I like this card in decks that can make tokens easily, it's great vs Propaganda decks.

I like decks that feature lots of way to deal with creatures, so this deck seems like it'd be a lot of fun to play!

Not sure if Springleaf Drum would work in here? Your Commander comes out quite early and doesn't tap to use his ability, also useful if you steal a creature or make a small token.

If you end up using Tymaret's ability a fair bit, some Lifelink might be nice since it's damage, Mask of Griselbrand seems like a fit (great if your Commander dies a lot), possibly Basilisk Collar. Either of those is also quite good with Rite of the Raging Storm, and if it's not killed you can sacrifice the token with your Commander each turn (same if a 5/1 trample is useless otherwise). Another great sacrifice source could be Ophiomancer (but it's a bit pricey), or Ogre Slumlord, which can make a ton of bodies in some matches. Sifter of Skulls is a budget pawn of ulamog, not sure if you want both (but I think I would).

If you're using Crux of Fate, I feel like you should consider Sarkhan the Masterless, it's Dragon tokens will dodge the wipe, and he can make you harder to attack if you have a few Dragons out.

If you like a land that can make a creature, there are also Kher Keep and Springjack Pasture, both make 0/1s, but they are technically bodies.

It's an old/weird card, but Kyren Negotiations has some synergy with your Commander, it turns any creatures you have out into damage sources, even if they can't attack, handy to use before sacrificing something maybe?

Whenever I see Whisper, it makes me think of Hell's Caretaker, Caretaker is more awkward timing-wise, but it's also only 1 for 1. I really love Coffin Queen, especially to reanimate opponent's stuff, but she is a bit pricey.

Since your Commander is a Zombie, have you thought about using Gravecrawler? If you have enough support, you could make your Commander into an infinite combo, but I think even if you just cast Gravecrawler 2 or 3 times a turn you're probably not doing too badly? The fact that it's not a token means it'll work with Pawn or Sifter of Skulls, and Bog Initiate can turn their mana into Black, so you can recast Gravecrawler at least. Defiler of Flesh can also help recast Gravecrawler (or any other Black permanent).

Breath of Fury makes Krenko infinite very easily. Kyren Negotiations, maybe Bedlam

Sure thing shadowjules. Since every creature in the deck (aside from Pulmonic Sliver) is a changeling, they are all both Eggs and Slivers. So if you sacrifice the egg Atla makes, or just any changeling, you will reveal cards from your deck via Atla's ability to get either: 1) another changeling or 2) Pulmonic Sliver. If you get another changeling, just sacrifice it and repeat until you get Pulmonic Sliver. Once the Sliver is out, when you sacrifice a changeling you can stack your triggers so that the Sliver's ability resolves first putting the sacked changeling on top of your deck, then Atla's ability resolves to put that changeling right back into play, letting you loop the changeling forever.

This loop does nothing on its own, but any one of the following cards allow you to win from looping changelings:

Dragon Tempest
Goblin Bombardment
Impact Tremors
Altar of Dementia
Embalmer's Tools
Relic Vial
Blasting Station
Vigilante Justice
Kyren Negotiations
Outpost Siege
Where Ancients Tread
Warstorm Surge

Things like Kyren Negotiations actually disregard summoning sickness. The creature isn't using a tap ability, you're just tapping a creature as part of a cost. Relic of Legends works the same way

king-saproling Hmm I thought about including Risky Move, I guess it could be cool since I'd just give them Noring but they'd have to let go of a creature... I'll definitely consider it! Honor-Worn Shaku could be pretty cool. It'd be good redundancy for Relic of Legends. I feel like Kyren Negotiations would be really cool if I could tap Norin during every player's turn. The problem is, when he re-enters the battlefield he's affected by summoning sickness, so I can only use him to proc Kyren on my turn, and then its damage becomes kinda eh... Smoke is a sick card for this deck, but I don't really wanna run cards like that with my playgroup. I'll keep it in mind tho!

Bloodline Pretender is cool, it'd give me a nice blocker, but it doesn't do anything else for the deck so I'm not sure whether or not I should include it.

Urabrask, Heretic Praetor, Laelia, the Blade Reforged, Caves of Chaos Adventurer and Visions of Phyrexia are all really cool cards, but because my win cons all cost quite a lot in this deck, I'd hate to impulse draw them without having the mana to cast them and then have to dig even deeper to find replacements... Bottled Cloister has straight draw, but it suffers from a different issue in that unless I have Gustha's Scepter, I can't play any of my instants during opponents' turns... the draw is nice, but I might as well play something like Howling Mine which gives a similar effect. Mind's Eye's pretty pog tho!

Thanks for all the recommendations! I'll definitely keep in mind even the ones I said might not work :D
