Kindred Charge

Sorcery

Choose a creature type. For each creature you control of the chosen type, create a token that's a copy of that creature. Those tokens gain haste. Exile them at the beginning of the next end step.

Crow_Umbra on Attack of Beckett Brass

Admiral Beckett Brass was a commander I recently re-visited before putting together my Goro-Goro and Satoru deck. She should be receiving some new tech with our upcoming trip to Ixalan. Some stuff that might be worth checking out:

@lukas96 Thanks for commenting! Just want to add a few things: I play Outpost Siege as a budget option since the 3 you mentioned are 10 to 35$ and I'm mostly Izzet gamer. I like By Invitation Only since it gets around indestructible and can also be semi one-sided board wipe if I'm ahead. I'll consider getting a Vindicate. I completely agree about Kindred Charge and plan to get myself a copy of Patriarch's Bidding ASAP (somehow missed that it was reprinted, I remember it being old and expensive card).

Cheers! :)

Hey there! Happy to throw some suggestions on this.

Tunnel Vision works as mill but it can also be a nifty last chance tutor on yourself. Depends on how you look at it.

Bedlam would help you worry less about opponents blockers when you swing with Xander.

Kindred Charge could be interesting.

Relentless Assault, Combat Celebrant, are all choices that can help trigger additional combats so you can trigger Xander.

Need for Speed or Anger for haste!!!

Hahaha can you tell I'm a red player? I'll do a bit more research and comment back in a bit! Nice brew! Cheers

Cool deck! I’m building an Izzet Double Dragon deck based around cloning and copying Scourge of Valkas and Terror of the Peaks

A few cards that could be great for your deck are : Dragon Tempest is an extra Scourge of Valkas that gives all your dragons haste too. Purphoros, Bronze-Blooded is another haste enabler with added utility. Molten Echoes , Reflections of Littjara and Sunbird's Invocation can get you a lot of extra value just for playing dragons

A kicked Rite of Replication on Scourge of Valkas or Terror of the Peaks will end most games if you’re into ‘I win’ plays. Sakashima's Will or Kindred Charge are jankier ways that will get you most of the way there

If your midrange is recommend Door of Destinies. I’d add Cordial Vampire, Drana, Liberator of Malakir, Vampire Hexmage this is good for those pesky plains walkers and gives you a vampire token via Edgar, Blood Seeker fits your sub theme of drain and gain, you need some tutors just as a standard for black decks if you can get your hands on them, Blood Tribute is always helpful you could also add Exquisite Blood and for extra damage Wound Reflection, Patriarch's Bidding For reanimation, if you’re able to generate a lot of mana Exsanguinate might be a good add You also need the mandatory Sol Ring You could swap out Kindred Charge for Shared Animosity You could add Land Tax to help mana fix

Heliogabale hey! I really appreciate all your feedback and advice lately! It’s particularly nice for this deck because I never considered changing cards like Arcane Adaptation , but you make some really great points. I really like your latest three suggestions with Archetype, Cover of Darkness and Inspiring Statuary. Those are all nice adds. You also make a great case for Malcolm over Posperous Pirates. I also want to make sure I’m keeping my Pirates and creatures that have the ETBs. I will definitely think this over. It’s another aspect of Kindred Charge I forgot about, in that, it triggers ETBs—but the consistent value of Shared animosity makes a ton of sense.
