I didn't playtest the deck yet but I'd up the land count to at least 33 xD

Anyway, Karn's Bastion is pretty good with poison counters!

Have you considered some lands with token synergies, since you're packing the token doublers? I have a few more on my possible list, but I'm weary of sacrificing too many lands, or ones that ETB tapped.

Starting with a first round of generally obvious upgrades. Planechase is used so sparingly that any card that is generally only useful during Planechase comes out. As well as budget lands like Temple, and over costed bodies for little gain.

I too run a Guff Super friends list but yours is creatureless and therefore better. You also snuck in a Barren Glory alternate win condition? Great work!

Truth be told I dont need a whole lot of colored mana in this deck, there's really only three cards that would need a single colored mana. Everything else is purely colorless.. So I kinda figured I could keep in other good colorless land like Karn's Bastion, Darksteel Citadel and Glimmervoid

This deck doesnt have much in the way of counterspells or protecting the combo, but once you get the combo off once, you've basically already won the game so the deck works as fast as it can to get enough charge counters and digging down into the deck with Ancient Stirrings and Emry, Lurker of the Loch

You can reliably get your opponent stuck in the Time Prison by turn 4 or 5 with this list.
