Hey man! As someone who's brewed this one alot, I'm telling you right now you need waaay more mana rocks. Literally like 10+ rocks, plus a few rituals. The fact that they also generate a token is incredible in practice. Here's a list of the ones I'd include on top of what you already have: Fellwar Stone, Talisman of Progress, Izzet Signet, Boros Signet, Azorius Signet, Springleaf Drum, Jeweled Amulet, Lotus Petal, Pyretic Ritual, Desperate Ritual, Seething Song & Battle Hymn.
Also just so you know, Mystical Tutor, Personal Tutor, Enlightened Tutor & Gamble are all super cheap right now due to recent reprints! Gotta get it while the getting is good, ya know?
A great combo here is Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal, it generates infinite Spirit tokens on top of just being great individual utility pieces for the build outside of the combo!
Lots of great, cheap synergy pieces like Wild Research, Kindred Discovery, Opposition, Vicious Shadows, etc...
I'll stop rambling now, great Commander choice dude! Let me know how you feel about my mediocre suggestions lol.

Thank you for taking the time to offer your feedback, and for reading through the primer Profet93, I appreciate it.
I like what you've suggested and wanted to offer my thoughts in turn:
-
Skullclamp - A great card draw staple. I think I didn't initially consider this one mostly because I currently have ~8 creatures with 1 toughness, & don't really make small 1/1 tokens besides Preacher of the Schism. High likelihood for revisiting & inclusion.
-
Sakura-Tribe Elder/Rampant Growth - I could see Steve slotting in over Farseek. I have Farseek in here as a means of grabbing Overgrown Tomb for quick fixing.
-
Viridian Longbow - This was also suggested by UltimateRoxas40. Definitely a kind of cheeky include. I used to run it in an early version of my Prosper, Tome-Bound deck. The higher concentration of Deathtouch in this deck raises its ceiling. I don't play with equipment much beyond Skullclamp, Lightning Greaves, & Swiftfoot Boots, but might consider swapping one of the instant/sorcery removal spells depending on how first irl playthroughs go.
-
Academy Manufactor - I considered this for the deck initially, but it turns out it would be a non-bo with Vraska, the Silencer. Her wording reads "Whenever a nontoken creature an opponent controls dies, you may pay . If you do, return that card to the battlefield tapped under your control. It's a Treasure artifact" Manufactor only makes its plethora of tokens whenever an effect creates a Treasure, Food, or Clue token. Currently, Deadly Dispute, Tireless Provisioner, & Revel in Riches are my only cards that make treasure tokens.
-
Mastermind Plum - He has replaced Preacher of the Schism in a couple of my other decks already, so I guess I might as well continue the trend. I think I picked Preacher mostly because I have copies on hand, & my Mastermind Plum is already in another deck.
-
Infectious Bite - Forgot about this card & must have overlooked it in my initial brewing. Will likely swap out with Bite Down.
-
Bootleggers' Stash/Parallel Lives - Ehhhhh, I kinda like Revel in Riches as my awkward value 5 drop more than Bootlegger's Stash. I don't think I'd consider Parallel Lives for similar reasons listed as Academy Manufactor.
Regarding all the anti-token stuff you mentioned, I agree that Pernicious Deed is what I'm most likely to include. I had it in the initial draft of this deck, but swapped it for some other removal.
-
Liquimetal Torque - Definitely a case of "I know I have this on hand". I was also considering Fellwar Stone for this slot. As cool as Jet & Emerald Medallion are, I don't have a copy of either yet. I usually try to focus on what I have initially, then save stuff like the medallions for future upgrades if I like a deck enough to continue investing in it.
-
Kura, the Boundless Sky - I typically play against a Kangee, Sky Warden deck quite frequently in my meta. My friend that pilots the deck will frequently go after decks that don't have flying defenses up, & tends to avoid swinging at boards that will stop the flyers. So Kura is here to play mind games with him & deter aggro as a deathtouch flyer, but also is just a bigger body that can help soar over defenses & chip people for 4 damage until they can do something about it. Once he does die, I will pick the land option.
-
Saryth, the Viper's Fang - I feel like I tend to see 1-2 wipes per game, but much more targeted removal. Wipes are inevitable, so I don't really worry about them. I'd rather dissuade targeted removal, or at least speedbump folks by offering Saryth up as the bottleneck to the rest of my board without a wipe. If she is too redundant, this could be a potential swap out.
-
Questing Beast - I like it for being a haste-y body that also blocks well against aggro crack back. More importantly it helps negate the occasional Fog effect. Because of my main meta being more aggro, I'd rather have bodies on board than to a certain extent than a higher volume of kill spells. The deck started off with more instant & sorcery speed removal, but felt anemic for board presence.
-
Guardian Project - Don't think I've ever encountered anyone killing creatures in response to the trigger for denial. Maybe it's happened once or twice, but I don't think it's happened with any kind of consistency to make me worried about it.
-
As for the 3 X finishers, this is definitely another case of "I have these on hand". Most of the time Damnable Pact will be a draw spell for myself, but does have that corner case potential to finish off someone that's low enough. I've seen Exsanguinate enough in my meta, & if it hasn't acted as a finisher, it helps its caster stabilize enough to attrition everyone else out. I think I'd rather include Rise of the Dark Realms over Finale, mostly for budget purposes.
Thank you for the questions and suggestions! Definitely a fun thought exercise to get my day started.

So I'm not absolutely sure what you were looking for, or what your budget is, so I just grabbed as many decently affordable cards that I could find and brought them for you to check out. I mostly picked out things that might help you close the game with life loss or give you value from in looping. It's too bad Thousand-Year Elixir isn't more affordable Agent of Erebos Ajani's Chosen Archon of Sun's Grace Ashiok's Reaper Boros Garrison Carmen, Cruel Skymarcher Caves of Koilos Cemetery Tampering Clifftop Retreat Curse of Opulence Darksteel Mutation Debtors' Knell Doomwake Giant Dragonskull Summit Exotic Orchard Fellwar Stone Grim Guardian Hopeless Nightmare Isolated Chapel Mesa Enchantress Myriad Landscape Open the Vaults Orzhov Basilica Rakdos Carnarium Resurgent Belief Ruinous Ultimatum Smoldering Marsh Spirited Companion Starfield Mystic Talisman of Conviction Talisman of Hierarchy Talisman of Indulgence Underworld Coinsmith Wicked Visitor

with a 6 cmc commander I would def recommend more ramp and mana rocks. at least 5 mana rocks would probably be good. I recommend Talisman of Progress and Talisman of Dominance and Fellwar Stone and Arcane Signet.

Hey Indie,
First off I really like the lands you have assembled and the suggestions from SufferFromEDHD are all good.
You are definitely going to want an artifact ramp package.
Sol Ring, Mana Crypt, Arcane Signet, Fellwar Stone, Gilded Lotus, Thran Dynamo
Special Mention to Nyx Lotus, it could be good being in mono black. and Jeweled Lotus, pays for your commander for free on turn 1 even.
Sword of the Animist is not bad ramp at all and buffs yours rats
Commander's Plate might be cute.
Liliana of the Dark Realms, makes sure you always get a land drop and could make your swamps tap for four.
Chittering Witch if your playing with more opponents.
Crypt Ghast is sort of ramp, but doubles your swamps. Very good in mono black.
Dauthi Voidwalker is not on theme at all but is just sooo much value in a two cost card I have to recommend it.
God-Eternal Bontu is excellent draw power in the right situation.
Dont forget you can run any number of Relentless Rats
Gray Merchant of Asphodel will heal you up a lot and hurt your opponents
Krav, the Unredeemed is also great card draw.
Yawgmoth, Thran Physician, has card draw, removal, and proliferate all on one card
Deadly Rollick, potentially free removal
Defile, cheap good removal
Thrilling Encore saves you from a board wipe or lets you bring everything back after sacrificing it all to like God-Eternal Bontu
Phyrexian Arena some ok card draw.
Bojuka Bog if you are worried about graveyards
Mutilate, a good board wipe in mono black
Night's Whisper, Read the Bones, Sign in Blood, are a great draw package for mono black
Toxic Deluge a great board wipe for when things need resetting, and you could follow with Thrilling Encore and get it all back
Syphon Mind is great draw if your playing with more players
Victimize - is really really strong, get rid of one weak thing for two of your best things
Yawgmoth's Will - lets you treat your graveyard like your hand for a turn
Lord Skitter, Sewer King makes rats
Marrow-Gnawer - lets you make lots of rats
Infectious Inquiry - good draw and gives poison
Ogre Slumlord - makes rats when your creatures or your opponents creatures die.
Tangled Colony - if your opponent has to block it or it dies to like Blasphemous Act will make you rats
Vraska's Fall removal and poison counter
Drown in Ichor removal and poison
Bontu's Monument all your creatures cost less
Rat Colony can have any number and they buff themselves, and cost less mana than Relentless Rats
Typhoid Rats deathtouch rat opponents wont want to block
Crypt Rats can board wipe but can also win the game if you give it infect, doesnt work with your commander because toxic specifies combat damage but does work if you give it infect and deal damage with it's ability.
Ratcatcher tutors rats, and gives you card advantage
Ashcoat of the Shadow Swarm - buffs your rats and lets you get rats back
Wave of Rats has blitz and reanimates itself
Ink-Eyes, Servant of Oni rat that steals opponents stuff
Nashi, Moon Sage's Scion rat that steals opponents stuff
Adaptive Automaton is a rat and buffs rats
Okiba-Gang Shinobi rat makes opponents discard and has ninjutsu
Filth gives all your rats swampwalk pairs well with Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth
Dark Ritual lets your get a head start or some extra mana a turn you need it
Tainted Strike instant speed infect, funny in multiplayer because you can use it on anyone's creatures.
Phyresis Outbreak gives poison and might kill opponents creatures
Feed the Swarm enchantment removal in black
Vat Emergence gets a creature back and proliferates
Spread the Sickness destroys a creatures and proliferates
Pact of the Serpent strong tribal card draw
Living Death swap graveyards with battlefields, great after sacrificing your whole board to draw cards
Skullclamp sack small rats for card draw
Thrumming Stone if you go the Relentless Rats or Rat Colony route
Coat of Arms your rats will be huge
Bolas's Citadel this card is dumb lol, lots of casting power and then you hit Gray Merchant of Asphodel and keep going lol
Icon of Ancestry kinda draw buffs rats...is ok
Contagion Engine proliferate twice each time you activate
Eldrazi Monument gives creatures flying indestructible and +1/+1
Grafted Exoskeleton gives a creature infect, great with Crypt Rats
Sword of Truth and Justice proliferate sword
Bad Moon buff all black creatures, opponents too
Phyresis gives infect again good with Crypt Rats
Greed card draw
Vraska, Betrayal's Sting proliferate planes walker
I know that's a lot but hopefully gave you some ideas to work with!

Thanks DemonDragonJ, they are my favorite as well, it's always great meet another angel enthusiast.
Regarding your considerations:
For Deathbringer Liege, he is in a very crowded slot, the five mana spot have a lot sweet angels, if you put him next to Baneslayer Angel, he is strickly a better creature, but again... ANGELS. Also still hurts me take Witch of the Moors out, if a could fit her back in, i probaly will. But is something to consider, the removal built in is very intresting.
As for Thought Vessel and Reliquary Tower, i din't feel the need for expand my hand size, never really bothered me. Aside from the moment that i put in Necropotence for a little while, than i needed those cards kkk, but i moved to another deck.
As for Greed, i whanted to put it, in a early version of the deck, but i alredy own Arguel's Blood Fast Flip, so used insted, and it put a lot of work, that i decide to stick with it. When Black Market Connections realease, i make the change for that. I personaly believe that you can't have such think as "too much draw", so i don't know what i take it out for put Greed in, but i not shure if is that much better than Arguel's Blood Fast Flip.
As for Debt to the Deathless, i don't think is that much efficient, the way i see it, you have to sink in a lot mana to make count, the only way my deck can make that much mana is with Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx, so i don't know if is a good idea dedicated a slot for that card, with a small chance to make a splash.
As for your question regarding Fellwar Stone it never was a problem to me, it fix my mana somethimes, but most of the times i alredy have the lands to do that, it is in there mostly because of the limited amount of mana rocks that exists for only 2 mana, but if i feel the need, Thought Vessel is a solid replacement, as you suggested.
Sorry for the long ass response. Again, i appreciate the love for the deck, feel free to give more suggestions, flavor choices are welcome too.

This deck deserves an upvote for the name alone!
Beyond that, angels are my favorite creatures in the game, and Liesa is one of my favorite angels in the game, so I like this deck, very much.
Would you consider putting Deathbringer Liege, Thought Vessel, Reliquary Tower, Greed, or Debt to the Deathless in this deck, or do they not fit its theme? Also, since this deck has only two colors, do you believe that Fellwar Stone is a reliable source of mana to have in it?
